WORSE EXPERIENCE LEAVING IN THE OX BUILDING
My experience living at The OX building has been extremely disappointing. The service is very poor, and the staff often come across as unhelpful and dismissive, with a noticeable attitude problem. Security is also a major concern the gate is left open 24/7, allowing strangers to freely enter and exit the building, which makes residents feel unsafe. In addition, the building is not well maintained. Common areas, especially the corridors, are frequently dirty, with issues like bird droppings not being cleaned regularly. The move-out process is another serious problem. Tenants are charged excessive and unreasonable fees for basic items such as stoves and showers, often being told these were “new” at move-in, which is simply not true. Overall, this is one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting here. POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Very Poor Service
They white lady by the name of Lenet in Tholo Lodge she’s very rude,and ****** .I wouldn’t advise one to book in that lodge.she have tendency of blocking people after paying the damage fee which is refundable according to them but you will never get it .

Bad service!
The owners are very ****** and rude.They cut off the water we couldn’t bath for a day and the owner had a nerve to tell us to go to game drive without bathing,she was not even rumors about the situation,and they don’t pay back the damage fee back event if you didn’t damage anything.wouldn’t advice one to book in this lodge.The service from those white ****** is loud!!!

Poor customer service
Poor Customer service They are busy deleting my review but they can’t reply my emails ****mers!!!! The OX building customer service sucks no one reply to our query and they over bill tenants and expect us to just pay without clarity.
