WORSE EXPERIENCE LEAVING IN THE OX BUILDING
My experience living at The OX building has been extremely disappointing. The service is very poor, and the staff often come across as unhelpful and dismissive, with a noticeable attitude problem. Security is also a major concern the gate is left open 24/7, allowing strangers to freely enter and exit the building, which makes residents feel unsafe. In addition, the building is not well maintained. Common areas, especially the corridors, are frequently dirty, with issues like bird droppings not being cleaned regularly. The move-out process is another serious problem. Tenants are charged excessive and unreasonable fees for basic items such as stoves and showers, often being told these were “new” at move-in, which is simply not true. Overall, this is one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting here.

We are truly sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, as this is never the experience we aim to provide our residents.We do, however, note that you were a resident with us for approximately three years. Over a tenancy of that length, general wear and tear can occur, and where items are found to be damaged, broken, or missing at the time of move-out, reinstatement charges are applied in line with the lease agreement and the condition of the unit at inspection.We also want to clarify that throughout your stay, we were unable to find records of formal complaints raised regarding the concerns mentioned in your review. We always encourage tenants to report issues during their tenancy so that we can address them promptly and improve their living experience.That said, we take your comments regarding security, cleanliness, and service seriously, and these matters continue to be addressed and monitored with our on-site teams to ensure improvements are maintained.We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best going forward.Kind regards,

And this issue we raised by many tenants years ago but you still don’t bother to correct or fix them .Your building is messy for the amount you charge tenants CRAZY BUSINESS .No wonder why tenants moving out every month POOR customer service and messy building.
