Worst experience

Security is a major concern, security guards allow strangers to freely enter and exit the building, which makes residents feel unsafe, the building is not well maintained its filthy. Their service is poor. Every month end we experience power cuts but the neighbour hood will be having electricity&their excuse is a substation and they give us **** Al reports and references from City power. I wouldn't recommend this place to any1. Our groceries get spoilt due to not having electricity for a week or weeks.People move in and move out due to their poor services.That place is not welcoming from outside it's giving lagos vibes. The other issue is parking.
