Ford Figo KS 88 KC vehicle
I had an accident on the 7th of January 2025, I reported and the accident was registered with the insurance, I then filled in the required documents for claiming and requested a settlement document with NaTis document from the bank as per request. It is now March and I’ve been debited for a car plus paying an insurance of a vehicle that I am not driving and written off in January. This is my worst experience with Profusion Insurance.

GUARDRISK SHORTFALL does not cover full amount , only their calculation .
Guardrisk Shortfall cover - They paid fast but was short changed , not impressed by their calculations . The reason that I got "SHORTFALL COVER" is so that it pays for the WHOLE SHORT FALL , not partial shortfall . Shame on you .

This company promises to take peoples money and pay it out after it supposedly trades with it but the real truth is that the owner of the company takes those funds from those that trust him with them and embezzels those funds on his personal goods and taking out his friends and family. I was cover my car with a shortfall cover and at the time of claim they required so unnecessary papers from me and they take time to pay while they on pay little money which was less than 2k. And they I think they have to take Elizabeth Magalefa to a proper customer service training cause she a worse or I can say she's unprofessional to deal with the customers cause she is not patient when dealing with me when I cause calling and ask the procedure when I want to claim. And one more thing they company has to pull up their socks in terms of payment after the claim was submitted successfully. I filled like I owe them money which I was paying for every month.

Claim Process was quickly and handled very professional
I took Paint and Glass protection cover when i bought my a new car. I put the claim to fix the scratches on my car and the service was excellent, the claim process was explained to me and after getting a quote, the assessor approved it quickly and got my car scratches fixed by the company i got a quote from. Happy with their handling of my claim and will use them again in future.

Claim Process was quickly and handled very professional
I took Paint and Glass protection cover when i bought my a new car. I put the claim to fix the scratches on my car and the service was excellent, the claim process was explained to me and after getting a quote, the assessor approved it quickly and got my car scratches fixed by the company i got a quote from. Happy with their handling of my claim and will use them again in future.
