I have layby'ed a Radio at Russell's Nelspruit and after I finished paying it off this month. I'm told that the is no stock and it will not be there for long time, they keep on telling me to take an expensive radio which costs more than my budget. they don't even want to give me my refund so that I can go look at other shops.

Happy with their handling of my claim and will use them again in future.
very bad service from Hollard. I want to downgrade my premiums. been emailing them and no one attend it. I called and the call got dropped after 5minutes. they don't even call you back. I call again for another 10min, they say they cant even change it now, apparently system issues, I must call again in August. when joining everything is very smooth but when you want to do changes in the policy. It's too bad. I suspect even claiming is like this, i always heard people complaining now i understand.. I will join another policy and after my waiting period there i will be leaving this company.
Rain debited my account twice, I logged ticket to their support(2251990). It's been 3days now. Still no response.
After switching to Absa Cheque, they are refusing switch my debit orders at Mall of Africa branch, even though Absa advertised that they do this for you. Im shocked at the attitude and service that I received from the staff.
They don't take complains very seriously, we don't have water in Olievenhoutbosch Ext 36, since Monday and they are aware of the problem, they keep saying water will be back by a certain time but when the time comes still nothing. Now we not even sure if they are working on the problem because the deadlines they keep giving on their twitter account keep passing and still no water. In these times of Corona how can you expect people to wash their hands thoroughly if they don't have water?
Please be careful when dealing with Central Dev, they keep increasing levies with no proper explanations and details what the levy money is doing, recently they added R320 on levies saying its for refuse removal, This task is done by Tshwane why are they charging us for this and why so much. When you email them, they just ignore you and continue to charge.
