I had an accident on the 7th of January 2025, I reported and the accident was registered with the insurance, I then filled in the required documents for claiming and requested a settlement document with NaTis document from the bank as per request. It is now March and I’ve been debited for a car plus paying an insurance of a vehicle that I am not driving and written off in January. This is my worst experience with Profusion Insurance.
On the 06th of December 2022 I went to CMH Ford in Gezina to collect my car for the first time When I got home, the passenger back doors of the car were not locking, I tried looking into the cabinet for a manual or a spare key, none of those were found I'm the first time buyer, I thought the package comes without asking, I tried calling the guy working there for assistance and he ignored my calls and further said I must call him tomorrow The following day I called with a heavy heart, instead of an excitement of my car I was hurt... He then threatened me that the car is already in my name and I can't return it because I have signed the legal documents The thought of having a car that's not locking while I pay R6200 of an installment combined with an insurance was not digesting so well in me then I called my brother for assistance and we agreed that the best thing to do is to return the car and request cancellations Ever since then I'm experiencing problems with the bank and the dealership, now they want to charge me for storage... I feel like my rights are violated
