horrible customer service
I reported a lost phone to telkom mobile.the agent calledPrisca Mokgoakgoa blacklisted the handset but she did not give us the referecne number.we are now stuck.the police want the reference number to open a case.we are stuck becausePrisca Mokgoakgoa did not give us the balcklisting reference number. we have trired to email her but she ifnores our emails. the number that we reported is 0672243775 and our contact numbre is 0813111359

Adt debiting us illegally
I want to lodge a complaint against ADT for fraudulently debiting my bank account and using it to pay the account of Joe Auto parts.We know nothing about Joe Auto parts. We have escalated this to ADT for more than a month requesting a refund .ADT refused to refund us. this is a pure scam by ADT. grobank runs a scam
Good day Grobank/ South African bank of Athens and Transunion have put a credit default on our company for 68k and we are not even their client.we called this number 011 634 4300 and asked to Talk to Management.we spoke with Lerato from reception.she refused to give us her supervisors details and she hung up on me I want to lodge a complaint We are taking this matter to the ombudsman and court for loss of income, because this illegal default he prejudice our company.we have lost income because of this We know what the problem is.we tried to open a bank account with Gershin at Grobank but we abandoned the process when Gershin kept on making us drive to his office nonstop without helping us.We never got anything from Grobank but now they have listed a default of R68k for something we do no know.this is pure fraud by Grobank. Grobank is running a scam and abusing its powers and breaking the South African law company reg:2015038767/07 cell 0813012518

fnb is bank that is against black people
I am taking this matter to the ombudman.I need my money now.I want to lodge a compaint about FNB.FNB has misled me and opened a bank account for me.Once the bank account is opened and i am using it.they are illegally withholding my funds. I need my funds urgently with interest because they have kept my funds for more than 4 days without my permission. I am suffering serious financial losses because of the FNB. I would advice black people to stay from FNB.this is a bank that is against black people it and holds black peoples money without a reason. my R10000 is in the FNB bank account for n o reason and i cannot access it. i told them to close the account and give me my money.the money comes from my brother and we have proof of funds 62819956965 id 8609056505084
