I'm satisfied with thier service they are giving me and they managed to reduce my loans debit from 26% to 8% and my personal financial advisor is Fareed is a very nice guy he knows his job,I'm happy 😁.
I don't advice anyone to take that mobile provider they're full of stories they advised unlimited voice calls but only give you minutes that are less 5000 minutes they only this is true about them is SMS and Data cause they give accordingly 😭. Worse thing about them when you want to port out they give you a reasonable reasons.
As a customer I'm happy they way this company is insurance their premium's every 1st of April each year is been three years now they increase with R20,while their payout is less than a R4000 and I think is because they lack competition in our area. And in the past 4 years their increase moved from R10 to R20 when I asked them they just rep**** by "Things are expensive 🫰 this days",but they don't increase thelevel of thier service nor cash payout.
The helped me in jumping my car for flat battery it was quick like lightning ⚡
The don't take time to help their customers to resolve the issues on our policy unlike the insurance companies
Thier unprofessional this company and thier account department is worse they'll never assist you in reversing your money cause they like to debit twice in a week or a month, when inquiring they will tell you that you pay upfront while the agreement as monthly installment. I was using Car Tracker for 4 years I've never had a problem like this at all,I think Fidelity they must force on security company only cause they **** us. And the other thing they'll never apologise for thier wrong doing,they just close this secure drive department cause I know I'm not the only one who's complaining about this,in December 2023 they debited twice and now in 29 march 2024 second one was today 02 April 2024,my question is how do I pay upfront with two months then they keep on an on debiting money from my account? That's nonsense I'm not working for you to control my money.
This company is so unprofessional cause the increased my premium with more then 40 percent and the said is effective from 01 January 2024,cause they made their problem my problem by telling me that when i was talking the insurance at the first time thier counting system was giving wrong premium.
Tiisetso saved me with a pride when I was inquiring about my service plan early this morning.
I was cover my car with a shortfall cover and at the time of claim they required so unnecessary papers from me and they take time to pay while they on pay little money which was less than 2k. And they I think they have to take Elizabeth Magalefa to a proper customer service training cause she a worse or I can say she's unprofessional to deal with the customers cause she is not patient when dealing with me when I cause calling and ask the procedure when I want to claim. And one more thing they company has to pull up their socks in terms of payment after the claim was submitted successfully. I filled like I owe them money which I was paying for every month.
