The most pathetic infuriating service ever. You will only find out the unit is not working when you change insurers and ask for a certificate. Then they will put in a new one. You realize they slowly upped the monthly premium over years, so you signed a renewed contract. Then they double charge you for months assuming you wanted the broken tracker and the new one. You have the send 27 emails and call the call center 5 times to get a refund. However, another 6 months and counting of receiving system generated and threatening emails for outstanding balances. Another 48 emails you send over time have zero effect, zero response. 10 calls to the call center. 10 promises to sort it out, multiple promises to call back, which are always lies. Whal Baartman, you should be ashamed of your people. They are pathetic! I have made sure to get rid of Fidelity on one of my factory sites now already, and all the others will follow. Your systems and processes are shocking and useless.

A nightmare to deal with this organisation. The service is pathetic. The unit keeps sending distress notifications to a point I requested cancelation. I want all this notifications. There is no one who seems to know who must do what, as I type this I am on a call after being transferred from finance, to customer service to emergency and again to customer service. I am tired of this thing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fidelity SecureDrive. I subscribed to their service and paid upfront, trusting that my safety would be prioritized. Unfortunately, when I was in danger and pressed the panic button in my car more than three times, no response ever came. This was a serious safety risk and completely defeats the purpose of having such a device. After this repeated failure, I requested that the service be terminated. Fidelity disconnected the device, but when I asked them to send a technician to remove it from my vehicle, they refused unless I paid an additional fee. This makes no sense – I had already paid for the service in advance, and now I am being asked to pay extra just to remove a device that no longer works. This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor customer care, and disregard for client safety. A panic button service should be reliable in emergencies, not leave customers helpless. I strongly caution others to think twice before signing up with Fidelity SecureDrive.

useless, I regret even trusting them. I reported my car ****** on the app, no one called but after 30 min I saw a prompt saying the request to recover my car was cancelled and the report says all is in order meanwhile the car was not with me and I have no idea how they checked that all is in order. luckily someone took it while I was sleeping and they returned after 3 hours. what if the car was really stollen? currently looking for a reliable car track company.
