I pay my tracker monthly as a debit check- never had i not had funds on my account account and payments are debiting monthly and i have proof that shows that my secure drive is being paid monthly. I keep receiving harassing emails from Thembikile mbatha that am owing but i keep telling her my secure drive has never owed. please fix this matter and am truly not happy with the services and am regretting taking this device. I would never recommend anyone to take your services worse tracking company ever to opt in for.
I received great service even during reinstating my policy, even got a discounted first premium
I been driving with a vehicle that the panic buttons are not working at first i thought maybe they is a delay until i called in . Only to be told that the panic are not working, it not even 6months this tracker is installed. When you call your guys drop calls, worse am driving a vehicle that on risk yet am paying premium
The worst insurance ever. January i had informed them i had no car but they still kept the insurance active. Worse i even blocked them from debit on my account, reversed a debit order but they still went loaded a another debit check. And debit my account. Every month they cause me bank charges of 150 for over the past 3 months worse you have to repeat yourself every time. To them and they refuse to refund me... worst service ever
Am uncertain about the lady name but she made my day but just laughing and being her self, i felt as if i could see her smile. She gave me an amazing premium experience infact as i spoke to her i was broken
The worst experience ever refusing to refund my money worse asking for bank statement which logical does not make any sense yet the funds were debited. I being told to wait for 7days to 14days just for R933… policy number 952229585
Worst experience ever my bond has been paid off and cancelled in the deeds office, SA homeloans is refusing to refund me my money which has been paid extra towards the bond. The worse part when i call through no one has an answer everyone is passing me around.
As for me truly speaking i wouldnt recommend discovery to anyone one their service is very bad, no communication or update within my claim on my provident fund, the worse part is being in the dark yet these are your own fund and we have bills to pay, expenses to maintain. I had no problem when making payment towards my invest but when it time get your withdrawal it a problem….. I so personal wanna escalate this to fais ombudsment mybe my claim will be settled within a week because it not like i owe them but they owe me
I brought a property through rawson in durban victory embarkment 33 devonshire but i must say i would never recommand anyone because the nightmare of life started. 1st transfer process in the deeds office was completed before the 15th of August 2022, i requested to enter in the proparty but i was told i have to wait for their tenant to vacant month as an understanding person i did so, month end tenant was refusing to leave the property i only took occupance on 2nd of september 2022. I was told that the rate figures were cleared and received documents stating that but only to find on the 9th the when i came back from work the municipality clhas cut the lights stating that rates are owing R4890 it friday today worse part when i call them now they are saying they are no more the managing agent for the property, as i write am sitting in the dark and my food is melting and if this isnt sorted it will be rotten
