A nightmare to deal with this organisation. The service is pathetic. The unit keeps sending distress notifications to a point I requested cancelation. I want all this notifications. There is no one who seems to know who must do what, as I type this I am on a call after being transferred from finance, to customer service to emergency and again to customer service. I am tired of this thing.
I took 2 tracking devices just last week and now your guys have gone on to add value add-ons on to the contracts on added prices. I have now been holding for over 20minutes to have this nonsense cancelled as I do not wish for it and did not wish to pay for this nonsense. Is this the type of service I will be subject to should the worst happen to my vehicles? If you guys cannot cancel these add-ons today, please kindly ask your technicians to come and collect your tracking devices from both my vehicle before we even go far with this type of service.

MTN chose to restrict my phone, they now claim that the phone is working even after repeatedly sending them pictures of the phone with their message to show this thing clearly has been stopped by them. Consultants all giving separate messages about the issues.

Lewis, yet again you have decided to prove that your service levels and accountability is non-existent. 4 December - I call you guys to say I wish to pay in store and please do not run the December debit since you had sent through communication that you will run it whenever you feel like it since it is December. Your agent refused to let me do that. 5 December - I ask you guys to change debits order to the account that always has funds since your agent was adamant that you guys have to debit and there is no way a debit order can be suspended. A debit check is processed and approved showing that you guys will be debiting at any given moment for December. The entire December goes by. 2 January - I call you guys to enquire what must happen and why the debit did not go through. I get told it has been sent to the right department and you will call me back. 3 January - I get a call from a lady who seems to be irriated that she is at work and knows nothing about what is being said, she says she will revert back to me she must investigate. She comes back to me and tell me I cancelled the debit order on the 4th of December. I then ask her why I have an approved debicheck mandate and she goes to say that is not her department and she only knows what she is telling me and she will tell the store to call me. The debicheck mandate that you guys initiated and it was approved with reference: DCPRD00018V8DS incase the person who calls will tell me it also does not exist. Why should the store be calling me for the mess up of head office? Without fail the store calls me to say they apologise and I should come into store to pay. Mind you I am on holiday and in the rural areas. The store cannot also explain what happened. Now, my biggest worry is that while you guys are being *********** and making sure I never buy from you again, my credit record will show this was a late payment when it was your guys incompetence and lack of accountability that made the payment become late. I need to know what happens now because the store will only apologise when I go make that payment and they will not have the answers. Me buying from you guys has to be the worst ever decision I have ever done in my short life span and can never advise anyone to do business with you. Your head office is even way below professional. May I please have answers and not a generic response. When I go make that payment today, I do not want to fight with your stuff in store as this was not even close to being their mess and now I use my time and petrol to go that store.
Netstar messed up a new account when I joined my tracking services to them. I had no option to cancel the contract and made them aware that since they sending threats, I have no problem to make payment of what I can afford until their account is closed. Today, a year later and they still threatening me to make payment of almost R10k within 2 months which I have been reiterating I cannot afford and they can use the amount I have notified them on a monthly basis until its paid off. They refusing to make an arrangement and insist it is their way or the highway. If Netstar had processed things right from the start, we would not be in this issue and they would have kept me as a client. Now I had to go to another tracking company, take products which are going very well and still willinging to pay netstar yet they refusing and going for threats. This is the type of company Netstar is.
Goldwagen Olifantsfontein sold me stabilizer links which failed to do the job. They were returned to the shop within 2 days. They are now running around together with their head office and the branch manager, Chris not wanting to refund my money back. It is now 2 months and Im the one who keeps going after them. No accountability whatsoever. I want my money back!
