I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fidelity SecureDrive. I subscribed to their service and paid upfront, trusting that my safety would be prioritized. Unfortunately, when I was in danger and pressed the panic button in my car more than three times, no response ever came. This was a serious safety risk and completely defeats the purpose of having such a device.
After this repeated failure, I requested that the service be terminated. Fidelity disconnected the device, but when I asked them to send a technician to remove it from my vehicle, they refused unless I paid an additional fee. This makes no sense – I had already paid for the service in advance, and now I am being asked to pay extra just to remove a device that no longer works.
This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor customer care, and disregard for client safety. A panic button service should be reliable in emergencies, not leave customers helpless. I strongly caution others to think twice before signing up with Fidelity SecureDrive.
