Service is poor
A very horrific experience with them, after burial I am cancelling it. What they advertise is not what you get. If it wasn’t the fact that I used their storage I would move to another burial society

Excellent sevice from Daisy Tzaneen branch
Excellent service from Daisy Tzaneen branch It was my first time claiming she made the whole process easy and explained everything and even suggested other option which were availble to us….she helped us a lot for that please keep up the Good job🙏🙏🙏

Bad service
Hi my name is Sebueng Mpho Mmako. I would like to write a review about Wisani burial society and it's incompetency. 1. They did not tell us about change of payment sometimes they allocate sometimes they not 2. The chat board Pretty gets back to you when she or he is feeling aroused 3. The time you want to pay at the retail where store they recommend, mind you your account not activated or they off line 4. You call them sometimes they Don't feel like answering or they put you through to voice mail or get back to you when they are feeling good I highly doubt if the Owner knows that the ball is dropped and until they wait for you to lapse purposely. And I have 2 accounts mind you and I have been paying for a long time mi d you and start over again due to "lapses" . They need to train their staff gor competency and decorum Kind regards Deeply hurt Ms Mmako 066 051 8078 079 535 8550

Excellent service from Wisani in Tzaneen.
I hereby wish to thank Danie from Wisani in Tzaneen in Limpopo for the excellent service he gave us after the death of my brother, Albie. Danie went out of his way to let the funeral, cremation and burial run smoothly! I can recommend Wisani to people in Tzaneen area. A funeral policy from Wisani will give you you peace of mind in your days of sorrow as the policy can cover all your loved ones in one policy.

Payout and Premium increasing annually
They need to stop increasing their payment premium with 8.35(R20) percent from their previous payment while their payout increase with 3.03 percent (R100),this is a **** cause you can't increase with 8.35 then payout you put 3.03 you need to inquire with the customers regarding this. We need competition Wisani has no competition in Mopani area.

As a customer I'm happy they way this company is insurance their premium's every 1st of April each year is been three years now they increase with R20,while their payout is less than a R4000 and I think is because they lack competition in our area. And in the past 4 years their increase moved from R10 to R20 when I asked them they just rep**** by "Things are expensive 🫰 this days",but they don't increase thelevel of thier service nor cash payout.
