I made a payment at quagga plaza toll gate, there was technical errors and my money never reflected on my account but it was debited from my account. I have sent through a bank statement as instructed to this day my tag is blocked and my query is not yet resolved. Tired of making unlimited follow ups as this is going nowhere. Case : 5397785 This is so unacceptable
A very horrific experience with them, after burial I am cancelling it. What they advertise is not what you get. If it wasn’t the fact that I used their storage I would move to another burial society
assupol delaying to payout my funeral cover after I submitted all the documents, follow up email was sent to Nomsa Nxumalo and the only response from her was written captured, no further communication from there. I’ve sent all documents on the 18th till today no communication from Assupol. The service is extremely poor and very stressful.
I have been waiting for maternity bag for 12 weeks full now, whenever I call, I'm always promised it will be dispatched next week but nothing is dispatched at all. The baby bag use to take 2 weeks to be delivered, now bonitas extended to 6weeks and they failing to deliver in that 6 weeks. Bonitas is nolonger the same, we now begging for service.
Gugu~ she's way unreasonable and unwilling to listen. She kept on interrupting and sounded unprofessional with SVAF. She even refused with the option but Thabo was able to assist. Have a word with Gugu I had a sound of a baby am sure she was being unprofessional and inpatient in order to attend the baby.

Your services is horrible, your calls are recorded with a manager who's not willing to listen to call and check if the agent did the full requirements. Some people you hire them to chase away your clients not interested in getting clients or rendering services at all.
Worse when it comes to service, am lodging my 2nd complain for [email protected] she assisted me but didn't get the email outcome and I've been sending her multiple emails to get a document with no response. We really can't go through hello peter whenever we need assistance with standard bank. Aaaah this is worse. I even compied alot of ppl on the email so if she's not at work someone can respond but they all quiet. It's rough with standard bank, no service here..
Good day I visited Brooklyn mall on the 3rd of June 2023 I left the mall between 8 and 9pm. I paid my ticket which was R10 using R100 and the machine didn't refund me. I called the security we selected help and the lady who was on duty she said she will deposit my money on my account before 12 Sunday when the manager comes in. I didn't receive a sent or a call I then called I was told to call on Monday. Tuesday I called I spoke to a supervisor who claimed she can't find me in cameras at 1st, 2ndly she then say she can see me holding R100 but I didn't insert it. Meaning my ticket was not paid, I asked her how did I exit the parking without paying my ticket, she said she doesn't know she relays on cctv and she will send the fortage. Which she didn't send, honestly this is not about money but I don't love being ******. I want the proof of that cctv as I was promised. She even stated she counted the money there was no additions but it means it must be less since they claiming my ticket was not paid. Matsoso Khetang from standard his very unprofessional and seems we begging for service coz he doesn't even respond to emails. He was supposed to handle my application but everyday he keeps quiet and now am getting call to say it has being withdrawn.. Requested for ~extension but de guy his too busy to respond to me. [email protected] this is ur employee and I really can't stand the way his so unwilling to work.
