I got unfairly dismissed and logged a call with CCMA to fight back and need payment holiday assistance , Got declined by MFC for some stupid reason . Went to head office , got no assistance at Nedbank MFC Head Office .
Fibre Down for almost week , no customer service over weekends. When the pear goes down the fiber is not up something tells me there's something wrong with the exchanges whatever but there is no fiber when the power is down as well .
I bought a charger from Matrix , which turned out not to be the problem , I returned the charger within 7 days , now they don't want to return the R1000 they charged - they want to give me a store credit . What am I supposed to do with that ? I don't have the extra money to fix my laptop . Just return the money - nobody told me I cant return the product to get my money back

Guardrisk Shortfall cover - They paid fast but was short changed , not impressed by their calculations . The reason that I got "SHORTFALL COVER" is so that it pays for the WHOLE SHORT FALL , not partial shortfall . Shame on you .
Poor start with Accelerit fibre , They came to install the modem and line does not work . Then I get invoiced , I am not paying anything till it works !!!! Trying to get a hold of anybody is a nightmare , your call centre does not answer , On hold the whole time then call gets dropped for no reason . How can you mark the line as Active if it does not work ????
Cancelled my subscription and got charged double , poor upload speeds on 5G , I got the R1 boost Promo and canceled the same month , as the upload speeds terrible . Cancelled the 4G and got charged double , how unfair.
