I was cover my car with a shortfall cover and at the time of claim they required so unnecessary papers from me and they take time to pay while they on pay little money which was less than 2k. And they I think they have to take Elizabeth Magalefa to a proper customer service training cause she a worse or I can say she's unprofessional to deal with the customers cause she is not patient when dealing with me when I cause calling and ask the procedure when I want to claim. And one more thing they company has to pull up their socks in terms of payment after the claim was submitted successfully. I filled like I owe them money which I was paying for every month.
