I bought a new Suzuki swift brand new with 19km on the clock last year 10 May 2025. The car started giving problems with the battery, I called Suzuki and was told I need to make a booking for the car to be checked. I mean I'm having to ask people to push a brand new car with 16005km on the clock. Checking the battery does not require a full days inspection. I have the money to replace the battery but I refuse because the car is not even a full year with me. The lady that took my call said I must call roadside assist if I get stuck with battery problems. Honestly speaking the booking for a battery test and swap if faulty is not an 8 hour job.

Got into an accident with my daughter 29 December 2023, I don't know what happened but car started going crazy couldn't control it and it rolled over once. Put in my claim 2nd of January and was told 10 to 15 days to settle but it took a full 30 days and I mean 30 working days. My claim was approved I should be giving you guys a 5star rating but your team drags their feet they make sure you suffer before approving claim. You guys just need to work on time and communication then I believe you will be #1. Prioritize your clients,we pay our monthly fees so that we know we don't have to worry you've got our backs. I can definitely say you had my back. As soon as I find a replacement I'm calling you guys.
Its painful what we go thru as people. 29 December 2023 had an accident with my daughter in limpopo R572 swar****er road going to Sawari Game Farm/Lodge for our weekend stay. While driving on the R572 I lost control of the car and my car ended up rolling. It was dark around 7pm with a girl child ,stood outside the car seeking help for 30 minutes to an hour with no people or cars going past, i could not stay at that location where accident occurred because there's wild animals roaming around. I opted to try get the car up and running to get my daughter safety. There was no network at all on both our phones router had no network, tried calling police from app it just never went thru. This car that rolled was my main mode of transport for a full 8 years. It's been 6 weeks since I submitted claim and still no word the only thing I'm told is "they busy with the claim". I'm not a fighter hence I made sure I do not disturb the process but its becoming too much now, I'm a married man with a family, you making it humanly impossible for me to look after my family. That car was my life. Why am I being treated like this after almost 2 years with PMD? It was my 1st time having such a big accident but honestly PMD is going all out to make sure I suffer for trusting them with my car insurance. I was happy paying the R560 for my car on a monthly basis but seems like PMD is making sure I suffer.
This guy Anesh has a tendency of going awol on clients when we need him the most. I needed help in December but he ignored all my messages i ended up being helped by another agent via email as i needed to change my debit date from the 1st to the 15th of every month. A debit of R830 went off on the 13th of December 2021 i was fine with that, then on the 15th of January a debit of R1205 went off on my account. How a R760 premium every month changes to R1205 puzzles me, i had to reverse the money as R400 from the R1200 taken was for my transport to work. can you kindly explain how we got to R1200 for a toyota etios?
I've been trying to talk to your consultant Anesh sending him WhatsApp messages to try and set up a debit date as new management changed our pay dates, he hasn't responded and I wanted the debit to go thru tomorrow as I'm only getting paid then. If Anesh is no longer part of your team please let me know and refer me to someone who will assist.

? I applied to sell my products on Takealot in May 2021 and it's a mission impossible task to achieve. I always get automated emails from a Shaun Marshall stating they don't have enough info on my products. I've been sending pictures and videos to this Marshall guy since May till today all I get is automated emails. If only white people and Indians are allowed to sell on Takealot please let me know so that I don't waste my precious time and your time
Do not I repeat do not use the Engen garage next to carnival city. I poured petrol for R250 and for some reason I never checked the petrol gauge. It came to my attention today that there was no fuel poured into the tank at all. I had a argument with the wife coz she is the 1 who instructed me to pour petrol she made me aware of this issue when she got in her car this morning.
