So, 1 year into SUZUKI ownership 1st off, i love everything about my Suzuki, price, cost of ownership, practicality.... just ONE problem... The RUST.... 6months and 4000km into ownership (bought it brand new) i reported small rust spots on the roof..... at the 1 year service this was attended to.... (75% of the rust reported was sorted.... winscreend was removed to attend to rust that i did not report... windscreen was cracked - but we will get to that later and the 25% that i did report was not attended to and car was taken back for more rust work.... total... 2 weeks....) So, after my words with the lady at Suzuki, she said "ohh but rust isnt covered here and there" , and i got angry and had some words with her after showing them their own SALES PAMPLET... 6 years corrosion warrantee.... (T & Cs i can accept, but I'm not abusing or misusing the vehicle) Ok, so rust sorted out and the KELSTON MOTOR GROUP manager (i think he was a Mr ELS) contacted me, we had a sit down and he actually offered to buy back the vehicle as he said something in the line of "We know the rust will come back over the course of the 5 following years and we don't want this headache" ... which i understand.... but then, don't advertise your 6 YEAR warrantee... Anyways, i paid in cash for the vehicle.... and expect a product that performs to what you sold me... 3 year 100 000km mechanical and 6 year corrosion warantee.... Mr Els then said he will arrange with SUZUKI SA and a decent bodyshop in PE to tend to any future issues i have with rust, as well as get back to me about the cracked windscreen. The windscreen had a crack (which i photographed when the rust repairs were done) and came back with 3x more cracks... and was told by the manager lady "STU-BAD....." (something to that effect....) I emailed Suzuki last week again and im still waiting on their "commitment" email....

Bought a Suzuki Baleno Auto 2026 on the 29th of February 2026, on the 18 Of March 2026 it started giving errors on the screen (Engine, transmission, eps, asp and Abs) all at once and car is un-drivable. Took it to Suzuki Strijdom Park, Fourways, Montana & Vereeniging all can't fix it. They are not helping, this car is unsafe as this happens while I am driving.

I would like to take a moment to commend the outstanding service my mother, received from Damain and JP at Suzuki Eastvaal in Witbank during her recent purchase of a new Suzuki S-Presso. From the very beginning, both Damain and JP demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They ensured my mother felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all her questions. What stood out most was their kindness, respect, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to provide a supportive and stress-free experience, which made a significant difference. Purchasing a new vehicle can be overwhelming, especially for an elderly customer, but thanks to Damain and JP, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. My mother is extremely happy with her new Suzuki S-Presso and deeply appreciates the excellent service she received. I would highly recommend Suzuki Eastvaal Witbank to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers. Thank you once again to Damain and JP for their exceptional support!

I purchased a brand new 2025 Suzuki Swift. From the day I drove it out of the showroom until its first service in December 2025, the car was absolutely perfect. Not one fault. Not one vibration. Nothing. After the December 2025 service at 15,000km, everything changed. The steering began vibrating severely on the drive home. I was still on holiday and had to drive slowly under dangerous conditions. When I reported this to the dealership, instead of inspecting the car, they sent me to Tiger Wheel & Tyre. Tiger Wheel & Tyre confirmed the wheel alignment, which I had paid for in the service, was completely wrong. I paid again out of my own pocket to fix their mistake. In January 2026, the car developed further mechanical sounds. Suzuki collected it and took it to Penta Motor Group Menlyn. It sat there for days with no communication. No feedback. Nothing. After chasing them, they eventually issued an inspection report on 28 January 2026 stating no faults were found. That report did not check wheel bearings, suspension, physical steering components, brake system, or tyre balance, the exact things most likely causing my symptoms. It only ran a diagnostic scan. No electronic fault code does not mean no mechanical fault. This report gave a false clearance. The car came back with new braking sounds that weren't there before. On 22 April 2026, the vehicle began shaking dangerously again. I stopped driving it immediately, called for it to be collected, and refused to risk my safety any further. It is currently with them for diagnosis. This is a nearly R300,000 brand new car that has been unsafe since its very first service. At every step, I have been dismissed, ignored, and given inadequate responses. I have now formally complained in writing to Suzuki head office and plan to file with MIOSA and beyond where needs be. Suzuki must account for this negligent service, that is risking the safety of my life and my family.

I bought a new Suzuki swift brand new with 19km on the clock last year 10 May 2025. The car started giving problems with the battery, I called Suzuki and was told I need to make a booking for the car to be checked. I mean I'm having to ask people to push a brand new car with 16005km on the clock. Checking the battery does not require a full days inspection. I have the money to replace the battery but I refuse because the car is not even a full year with me. The lady that took my call said I must call roadside assist if I get stuck with battery problems. Honestly speaking the booking for a battery test and swap if faulty is not an 8 hour job.

Would never advice to buy a suzuki outboard motor. Bought ours 3vyears ago for use at our holiday home and we have had untold problems. Back and forth to retailer and other Suzuki mechanics and within the 3 years, my grandchildren have probably not had more than 5 hours of use. We have request a new one but it is declined. It has become a joke at our holiday estate as when we do put it in the water, so many people come to watch IF it will work and for how long. It has been a living nightmare.
