I bought a new Suzuki swift brand new with 19km on the clock last year 10 May 2025. The car started giving problems with the battery, I called Suzuki and was told I need to make a booking for the car to be checked. I mean I'm having to ask people to push a brand new car with 16005km on the clock. Checking the battery does not require a full days inspection. I have the money to replace the battery but I refuse because the car is not even a full year with me. The lady that took my call said I must call roadside assist if I get stuck with battery problems.
Honestly speaking the booking for a battery test and swap if faulty is not an 8 hour job.
