Nimble tried collecting on two accounts that have been settled long time ago. I don't owe money on these accounts. They added it to my credit report which is affecting my credit score. I have told them numerous times i do not owe any money on these two accounts i have paid up letter and a letter from them that they are ceasing collections due to account paid up. Three years along the line here they are sending me a whatsup collecting on both accounts again. Is it so difficult to see the proof close the accounts and take it off my credit record for once and for all? I am being pushed to the amount where i am going to involve legal aid and file a case of ***** against Nimble
I received a email to install fibre at my house, installation was never confirmed on email. I did not apply for fibre at Britelink i app**** at web africa - web africa debit order went off they cant deliver my rooter or send vuma to install fibre because you send vuma - please contact me
I downgraded my service in March a month in advance for May. May I received an invoice for the same upgraded service fee which i downgraded. They disconnected me as i was waiting for them to fix the problem. I paid the amount which left me R200 in credit which i received a credit note for and my new invoice for june which was R1698 - I paid R1600 minus the R200 in credit i should be paid up to date with a credit or R102. My services was just suspended stating i still owe R222.49. I dont know what is going on with Home-connect but in the 4 years i am with them i never had such poor service from them. My account is not correct and i should not be suspended. I think of cancelling my lines and go with another company. In the four years my internet is paid on time always. The make mistakes and the client must suffer. This is really poor poor service
On Friday, the 25th at 16:54 I withdrew R5000 from an ABSA ATM as the Nedbank ATM was out of service. The ABSA ATM gave my card back after the transaction was done but no money was disbursed to me. On the receipt, it said the transaction was unsuccessful and will be reversed automatically. It is now 6 days later (reversal time 12-48 hours) and my money is still not reversed into my bank account. I emailed ABSA regarding this and no one even responded on my email. I went to the branch just now and they said it is an ABSA ATM query and could not help me. So who is managing ABSA ATM? Is it a company by itself? No it is n not!! This is very unprofessional, and I would like some assistance regarding the reversal and the funds back into my account asap. They said Nedbank should assist me and Nedbank says they can only log a dispute ABSA must assist me with the reversal. I want my money refunded asap!!
My internet is down since yesterday logged numerous tickets to have it connected both lines not working no one phones me back the whatsapp you can not log a complain my internet is aleays paid on time i want my lines reconnecte immediately
They give you frer spins which stipulates zero deposit withdraw up to $100 when you request the withdraw they come with the excuse that you redeemed to many free spins therefore you are not getting your winnings happened to me more then once. No where does it state you are not allowed to redeem all the free spins that they give you. This is a huge **** and i dont know what will happen if you deposit money snd win you will not receive it
I rented a playstation they deducted the first installment after deduction they said my application was not approved and refund will be done in 3 business days it has now been a week and no refund when i asked them they said the refund failed from their side it will take another 3 business days. I have downgraded my package to a lower package on the 1st of August so that it reflects on the 1st of September it is two months now and still shows pending on quering it with Web Africa they say it is Vumatel that needs to do the downgrade. Web Africa and Vumatel is now forcing me to pay the higher package for the second month wich I cant afford hence the downgrade. Why cant they just do their job and do the downgrade before the 1st of OCTOBER this is really bad service from day one when I signed up I had problems
I have downgraded my package end of July beginning of August, on the portal it shows still pending it has now been two months. Talked to support on Whatsapp and they say it is scheduled for the 1st of October, Upgrades and Downgrades does not take two months to be done. Someone is not doing their job and now they are forcing me to pay the high package for a second month after I downgraded to a lower package two months ago. This is really bad service and forcing your clients to make payment which they cant afford at the time hence the downgrade two months ago. If I new I would have problems like this I would have gone with Afrihos. Two months come on you can downgrade my package like I asked for two months ago before the 1st of October
