Vumatel has handed me over to a technician from Britelink MCT to fix my fibre, I have been waiting since 12h00 for them to come and nothing. They said they came and when they called the phone rang twice and they dropped the line then they left. I have been trying to call them back, I have sent emails and gave alternative numbers but no assistance at all. I have been without internet for almost 24 hours now. This kind of service is truly unprofessional

Good Day, The Vumatel team came out to fix the fibre cables and in doing so, they broke my camera. After 3 visits, they are now telling me that its my fault and not theirs. After fixing the fibre, the team broke one camera line. Yeaterday Vumatel sent a team to fix the camera, one camera was down when they started, but while they were working, all camera’s were down. The team witnessed that other camera’a were working before they started. The team yesterday opened the camera’s and then did not connect them again, as they said the team would do it today. The team came out today and tried to fix the camera, and said the power supply is the issue. Further, the team was not able to isolate the issue but rather telling me its my power supply. The team had three different power supply’s but all were not working so they left and said it’s not their problem. The service and communication from vumatell had been absolutely poor, I have had to leave work early three days in a row to sort this out, and I keep getting shoved from pillar to post. I now have to get someone out to fix this issue because Vumatel do not care, and i have security risks. When the team left my house, they assured me that they would be back to sort this out. Once they left i get a message saying its not their fault as Marius Joubert says not their problem. What a ***ardly individual to promise it would be sorted and then send a message saying otherwise.

I received a email to install fibre at my house, installation was never confirmed on email. I did not apply for fibre at Britelink i app**** at web africa - web africa debit order went off they cant deliver my rooter or send vuma to install fibre because you send vuma - please contact me

Britelink MCT. Afrihost logged a ticket on Thursday. Got a call on Friday to confirm that No link will be here on Monday to fix the broken fibre line and they did not show nor call nor reply to emails! What terrible service. I feel for companies who use unreliable 3rd parties to do work for them as the lack of service from one company can destroy multiple other companies. Do better

Britelink MCT. Afrihost logged a ticket on Thursday. On January 18 this year, a BritelinkMCT vehicle broke a 3 metre high succulent, on my pavement in half. It has taken me about 14 years to grow. The driver just drove off while I was shouting for him to stop. I have tried to contact them numerous times, but they don't respond to my messages.

I logged a ticket with Vuma on the 22 Jan 2026 for ONT to be relocated to another part of the building(house).A technician was dispatched,disconnected the ONT and ran a new fibre cable.However he advised that another team will come to the splicing same day or following day. To this day,we are still without connection,no one came through.The office line goes to voicemail.I have sent an email but still nothing.

I logged a call with Afrihost/Vuma at about 13h30, yesterday, 23Jan, I got a message that a technician has been dispatched. It is 8h40 on the 24th, the technician has not arrived. The last time I was told that Britelink responds within 1 hour. It is over 15 hours now. Now that is very poor, extremely poor. Can you do what you have promised.

Good day Roughly half an hour ago, two of your branded vehicles drove past UJ in Auckland Park, completely ignoring multiple red traffic lights. In light of the recent deaths of several schoolchildren in the Vaal Triangle, which were caused by "professional" drivers completely ignoring rules of the road and traffic laws, you and your drivers need to do better.
