Vumatel has handed me over to a technician from Britelink MCT to fix my fibre, I have been waiting since 12h00 for them to come and nothing. They said they came and when they called the phone rang twice and they dropped the line then they left. I have been trying to call them back, I have sent emails and gave alternative numbers but no assistance at all. I have been without internet for almost 24 hours now. This kind of service is truly unprofessional
I have had a parcel come from Hong Kong. It took about 7days for the parcel to get to SA and once here I paid customs and taxes. I was told it will be delivered on the 20th July. On the 20th I was told my adress was captured incorrectly it will be delivered on the 21st. On the 21st I was told it will be handed over to sub contractors to deliver on the 22nd. On the 22nd I was told there is staff shortage it will be delivered on the 23rd. On the 23rd I'm told the 24th as its still with the sub contractors. I have requested they give me the adress of the sub contractors so I can fetch it myself now I'm told the will do a emergency same day delivery yet I an still waiting. It has taken longer for the parcel to get to me while in SA than it was in another continent. DHLs incompetence is beyond me and at this time your business is thriving while mine is at a standstill. I no longer have reasons to explain this delay to my clients. I have been majorly inconvenienced and I still don't have my parcel
