The Vumatel team came out to fix the fibre cables and in doing so, they broke my camera.
After 3 visits, they are now telling me that its my fault and not theirs.
After fixing the fibre, the team broke one camera line. Yeaterday Vumatel sent a team to fix the camera, one camera was down when they started, but while they were working, all camera’s were down. The team witnessed that other camera’a were working before they started.
The team yesterday opened the camera’s and then did not connect them again, as they said the team would do it today. The team came out today and tried to fix the camera, and said the power supply is the issue.
Further, the team was not able to isolate the issue but rather telling me its my power supply. The team had three different power supply’s but all were not working so they left and said it’s not their problem.
The service and communication from vumatell had been absolutely poor, I have had to leave work early three days in a row to sort this out, and I keep getting shoved from pillar to post.
I now have to get someone out to fix this issue because Vumatel do not care, and i have security risks. When the team left my house, they assured me that they would be back to sort this out. Once they left i get a message saying its not their fault as Marius Joubert says not their problem. What a ***ardly individual to promise it would be sorted and then send a message saying otherwise.
