I declined a 1st for women debit check yesterday because the debit order date is wrong - it is before my pay date . Now, I am getting this message from Nedbank. "We have app**** a registered mandate debit order to your account on behalf of FFW INS for 952125836P0201. Need more information? Call 0860555111." Why give me the option to decline when you're gonna approve debit checks without my consent ? And also, are going to pay for this as the date is before my pay date? You're too forward with my money for a bank...fix this asap!!! Mxm
I am disappointed with the service I am receiving from One Sure Direct. Firstly, they called me to offer an insurance cover which is less than what I am currently paying. I took it, however I was debited more than what I was advised of and worse they double debited me and will not pay my money back. They keep giving me excuses and not paying my money back and allowing me to cancel their insurance. They are nothing but ****mers who falsely advertising a service they cannot provide and later they do not want to take accountability.
I am disappointed with Vodacom...I have advised them numerous times to debit me on my pay day 25th of every month, yet they debit my account anytime the please - sometimes it's on the 23rd or 24th or 25th depending on their moods. I have continuously pay additional bank charges cause if this. I cannot wait for my contract to end cause this is ridiculous. Your incompetence is affecting my credit status as I am deemed as unreliable by other creditors.

Your bank is affected my credit status as I am deemed as unreliable by other creditors.
For weeks I have been trying to get a hold of Sanlam to get an update regarding my pension fund - their calls are not answered and they keeping saying someone will get back to you but no one ever does...and they they send automated massage at 17:00 that they are closed when I have waited the entries for assistance. This nonsense as I am a paying client.
I recently upgraded my contract and I specifically asked what my monthly installment will and from when...I was told to pay a certain a month on the month of upgrading and the following month the new debit amount would start to run. To my surprise I am charged 2 contracts which I did not sign up for or was explained to. I want my refund and to cancel the contract. I will go to another provider. I have been calling to get assistance and no one has gotten back to me for almost 3 months now.
I was assisted by a gentleman called Micheal...as a new member client, he was able to explain everything to me about the product and how it works. He was really helpful. Thank you for a wonderful service Micheal.

I am still with a tv stand i cant use becsuse of missing shelves...no one has come to take it back since May. I want my money back.
