I am disappointed with the service I am receiving from One Sure Direct. Firstly, they called me to offer an insurance cover which is less than what I am currently paying. I took it, however I was debited more than what I was advised of and worse they double debited me and will not pay my money back. They keep giving me excuses and not paying my money back and allowing me to cancel their insurance. They are nothing but ****mers who falsely advertising a service they cannot provide and later they do not want to take accountability.

Rock star service from Chantel van der Merwe
Chantel van de Merwe is a super star, she is so professional and knowledgeable in what she does, she communicates effectively, provides regular feedback. As I was changing insurances she was able to assist me promptly and ensuring that I get the best quote and value for my money. She is phenomenal in what she does. She ensures that the clients needs are met and go beyond expectations.
