MTN recycled my husband’s prepaid number after more than 10+ years of use, without proper notice or warning. This number is linked to banking, medical aid, OTP authentication, financial services and multiple critical personal accounts. We were never properly informed that the number was at risk of deactivation or recycling. We are now locked out of important services and exposed to severe privacy and identity theft risks because another person may now have access to a number tied to sensitive accounts. We have requested urgent restoration/quarantine of the number and proof that MTN followed its own notification procedures before recycling it. This matter has now been escalated to ICASA and the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud due to the seriousness of the security and consumer protection implications. We urgently need intervention from MTN senior management before further damage occurs.

Del Fornos in Witpoortjie. I'm fairly disappointed. Paid a fair amount for the food we ordered, the food was either burned or tasteless, or just plain off for the money we paid. A total rip-off. Its been a few years since we supported them, due to similar past experiences but decided to try it again. Never again. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. They exchanged my daughters burned food but it was still not good, she didnt even eat it. The chips was still raw. The alfredo pasta was not that at all. They will definitely have to do something about this its not the first and I'm sure it will not be the last.

We bought two vapes in the 24th of December at Menlyn. One of them was damaged in the packaging when we opened it. I've tried to phone them, emailed and got nothing. We live in Krugersdorp and was there for a visit, making the exchange difficult. Till now we've been unable to return it or get any feedback from them.

Great medical staff, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. All of the staff was great – they were helpful & patient. I personally enjoyed the fact that they did all the testing in the comfort of my own home, and the results were available the same day.
