They Rob People
I got hired on 9th April 2026 as a Phlebotomist ,worked til 05 May , got paid only R3000 ,chantel promised to pay me another R2000 on 5 may 2026 , she never did but blocked me instead , they are not good People , dont eveb bother Using them

Hamadi pathologist Lab
Bad experience with them Hamadi pathologist Lab. February I went to my family doctor to consult seens I was sick. And Cold flu was killing me okay cool. I used my medical aid and my doctor ask me of he can take some samples to the lab for check ups I a greed . Around March I received a message showing that Hamadi dedicated also from Germs cool . Boom April I received a call from one of workers from Hamadi pathologist Lab saying I've took some samples from Unjhani clinic. I haven't even consulted to any Unjhani clinic saying I owe there's some outstanding balance . I couldn't believe it I ask her to send me the invoice is state Unjhani clinic and mu concern is seens I've consulted to the doctor and he gave me medication and I was back to the game okay. I haven't received the samples back but now I'm owing them how come yohhhh guys

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received from Hamadi call from Lebo and her Team leader on 30 June 2025. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations due to received a call from Lebo a couple days ago, however the information was unussable at the time, when she open a call i acknowledge the fact that i was awaiting her call, she then went out of the tangent and told me i must not irritate her month end, then the call went south. I then requested her to give me refer me to her superior which she did, and she was very arrogant in her approach. Then I requested a senior person to give me a call I am yet to receive a call from that office. This has caused inconvenience and frustration, which I believe is not in line with the quality of service your company usually promotes. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. I value your brand and hope to continue doing business with you, but this experience has left me concerned. will give further details of the specifics to the manager. Terrible service
I took my son for a blood test on the 11th of March and to date we still don't have an answer. I emailed them on 18th of March to find out what is going on. I got told "apologies for the delay, we have sent the results now to the referring doctor. Guess what today is the 20th and the Dr still does not have results. You try call them on the numbers listed on their site none of the numbers works. What is gong on, this is blood tests for reason! My medical aid has already been charged and they have been paid and almost two weeks later still no results!!!!

Terrible service

Threats to blacklist me without any prior communication
So my mother shows me an sms that you guys sent today threatening to blacklist me for an outstanding account that I am not aware of and you added extra fees too. How can this be possible when you guys NEVER sent me ANY communication with a bill to pay neither did you CALL ME. I did not even know that there were outstanding fees. Then you give a reference on the sms only to find it’s linked to a Prudence Gumede who’s clearly not me so how can I trust that it’s really my bill? Worse you are using numbers that have been inactive for 15 years. How the heck is any of this my fault? Kindly advise urgently as it is against the law and totally unacceptable to add fees or take any action to an account where you have not even communicated with the client.

If you don’t want to pay additional fees that you won’t understand you’ll stay away from this lab!!!

Bad service with rude comsultants and amounts which don't match
My dad visited a doctor in 2023, on the 23.06.2023 received a statement saying I owe hamadi lab R358.60. I requested to contact my medical aid and find out what's happening. 06.11.2024 I receive a threatening sms about being blacklisted. 07.11.2024 consultant Phindile confirmed that my account is indeed handed over to transunion. The consultant was very rude with no professionalism. On my medical aid statement there is only 2items which my medical aid did not cover one was for R43.00 R85.80 Everything that hamadi lab performed was covered by the medical aid. Can hamadi lab rectify this cause I won't pay for something I don't owe. The above amount is the amount I'm willing to pay as it states on my medical aid statement.
