Bad Service Ecotel Fibre
Im so surprised at the bad service i am getting from Evotel...i see they say they are so Highly Rated on there emails and brag about it but the service they supply is useless I have an already installed fiber box at my premises it is taking more than 3 days just to get it activated, i have phoned them numerous times If you phone new sales they answer so Quick...if you phone technical service they answer so quick...but phoning activation they dont pickup i have stayed on the phone numerous times for longer than 30 min...i have requested a call back and still nothing Just to get a pre installed line activated This is so unacceptable dont use them

Failing infrastructure and repair time
Imagine waiting a whole week to game online then you remember you have the worst Internet infrastructure company. So slow on repairs so unreliable. Let me also mention this, We pay for a 1gb line and only get 350mbps. If the internet is on. Itβs appalling to think that it takes them 2 days to fix something while they get millions from us.
