EC Security for the WIn!
Just had Richard Swart, an EC technician, out to my premises today. He was clearly incredibly proud of his work and went well above and beyond to ensure my alarm system functions exactly as it should. His deep knowledge made the entire visit smooth, efficient, and stress-free—he explained everything clearly and handled everything with real expertise. Thanks so much, Richard! This kind of dedicated, top-notch service is exactly what builds happy, loyal customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
I was contacted recently by Elisha from EC Security. She was such a delight to speak to, very polite, calm and well spoken individual. She communicated clearly and confirmed all my details accurately. She was not overly long on the call, which showed me that she respected my time. I will highly recommend EC to other potential clients.

Excellent Customer Service

poor service delivery disorganised can we even trust your service
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct Dear EC Security Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received today regarding a scheduled appointment. An appointment was confirmed for 13:00 PM. However, by 14:15 PM, no one had arrived, and I had not received any communication from your team to explain the delay or offer an apology. When I took the initiative to call, your team seemed unaware of what was happening. To make matters worse, I was transferred to a supervisor named Michael, whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional. He was extremely rude, repeatedly hung up the phone, and refused to take responsibility on behalf of the company. When I asked why the technician had been changed or what had happened to the originally scheduled technician, he failed to provide any explanation and again chose to end the call. This level of service is unacceptable. It is both frustrating and disappointing to be treated with such disregard, especially by someone in a managerial position. I expect a formal apology and a clear explanation of what went wrong. I also urge you to take serious action regarding Michael’s behavior, as no customer should be treated with such disrespect. GREAT SERVICE AND SERVICE
We have been with EC Security for some years now on the West Rand. We found their service to be prompt and always adhered to our requests no matter how small or odd. We are an old couple who have moved from the West Rand our of their area and are so sorry that we will not be able to continue to utilise their services. From the office to the patrol and ground staff we always had respect. If I called them it varied between 2 and 7 minutes. I can reccommend them and should we move back to the West Rand at any time we shall certainly make use of their services again.
