FNB Building insurance, dont do it! I have been with them for years and now when i find a crack at the back of my house, only because i see damp in the walls. They are ducking so hard not to pay finding every excuse to not file the claim is valid its actually pathetic i am so disappointed as FNB banking is great but they need to re-look at the services they offer because their service is even terrible. I have to call to follow up whats happening as a week later nobody even got back to me!
Zoom car warranty(MVIA)! Administered by Motorvaps underwritten by Mutual and Fedeal Please stay away. I wish i read the reviews before signing up with these guys. They look for every single excuse not to pay out. 1st they advised my audi freeway plan does not cover as a warranty (Audi freeway plan covers full maintenance and services by the way) and then they are saying it expired before i got their cover but the consultant told me that that is fine because I started their cover a day after my audi plan expired! There are no calling in and escalating, you have to sit and wait for emails which take a day or 2! My car is in for 2weeks already! And i am so frustrated. I will be referring this dispute to the STI ombudsman for intervention because they are being ********* in their practices and i for one wont let them get away with something like this

having bad packet loss on a daily basis at peak times. Usually between 6.30pm and 9.30pm daily and on weekends. I do a packet loss test and see i have loss between 30 and 50 percent. Strange enough i know people on mweb and they experience the same issues at the same time! i have escalated the issue and it was resolved for a few days ad it started again. escalated multiple and they dont seem to investigate the issue at hand!
Trying to cancel my contract for 6 months now with now and still nothing! BEing sent from pillar to post and not getting anywhere! Terrible service. I dont remember MTN being like this its sad!

This is the second time posting on here...l don't get a response or feedback from you guys! The service is actually shocking! I went in to cancel my contract in January 2016 already and I haven't heard anything since! I called twice, this month and last month. And I still haven't had a word from you guys to cancel my contract!<br> <br> I am honestly going to reverse any payments taken from my account from you guys as I refuse to pay for something I should have been cancelled for 4 months ago!<br> <br>
I ended my contract with Telkom late last year and saw I was still being billed, so I went in and queried it and got the contract cancelled, I see that I am still being billed 2months after I have cancelled this contract and being billed triple the amount that I originally paid!! Don't advise anyone to get a contract with this people they are just crooks!!<br> Not to mention they have k@k reception everywhere you go!
I bought a blackberry phone for myself from mtn for the price of R159 a month surprised to see 3weeks later when I got my bill of R799. I of course queried this and they said my data usage was high and my line was open not a top up, I requested a statement to see my usage which was requested over a week ago and still have not received anything! I queried was the BIS service not activated for my data usage they advised it was but I still went over my limit. I don't see how this is possible and would want this to be sorted out immediately as I cant sit and wait for a dam statement for a week!
