I’ve tried to solve a situation I am in with a company that placed me on debt review company name infinite life. I’ve contacted the NCR from October 2024. They ignored me I’ve contacted absa and they just push me aside saying the company who placed me on debt review must sort it out I have communication after communication with this infinite life company they don’t care and lie. I need to have absa bank fix this I have never ever not paid my debt. I need a person in absa to help me as the client of absa bank. Since October 2024 I’ve tried to get through to people at absa bank people at NCR people at the infinite life to sort out the serious matter. I hired a lawyer to address the matter with infinite life company. Someone at absa help me please look at my commitment to absa look at my years of great customer never not paying. I have all the proof of what the company infinite life did to me they placed me on debt review and just left me trying to clear my name they didn’t provide services at all they destroyed me and absa bank debt review department does not care. Who cares not ABSA nope
As an owner I am ignored. I pay my levies but due to bank issues etc by the 4th I am charged extra for late payment. They don’t even have AGM they don’t fix the complex it’s not kept up. They ignore situations they ignore emails.

Very unprofessional. I have been waiting too long for a resolution on the court order and my name cleared.
Engine one stop south bound on R21 shop service terrible. Waiting to be served this morning at 5:36. This used to be a great place in the mid 2000 but it’s sloppy service not the first time bad service.
The company is of substandard service The issues. 1 sales department called and sold me on a product that provided more service for less money R199.00 reference 19743394 this is December 2025 2. I never received the this product contacted customer care the lady assured me that the unit is upgraded electronically and that all relevant documentation Jan 2026 3. Account received 48606946 for R524.36 4. Tried to call accounts no answer as held on for half an hour air time is up 5 WhatsApp the company reference 19857068 Company sends me an account again for R524.36 after I again stated it’s supposed to be R199
Trying to keep a communication open with the assigned person . I email no answer back I call no one answers the phone I call the call centre they say he is on lunch. I then emailed to the email address if one has issues that is provided on NCR documents. No response from this company that is there to assist me as a consumer to resolve a serious matter.
I purchased a Dell laptop from Makro I had it not even a month and it crashed the graffic card was faulted I then was instructed by Makro I would be refunded. I have proof that the refund was logged Makro now after not refunding me have now stated there is nothing wrong with the computer dell intel core i7 13 th generation I’ve and over the screen went off. I called the call center and the call centre at Makro assured me of the refund that would be refunded in full. I have not received the refund it’s been 10 working days I contacted Makro now and they refusing to refund me. Stating that the laptop is at the supplier google dell intel core i7 laptop and it has issues with its graphics card. Makro at no time in the return and days after contacted or updated me on that Makro would not refund me no communication nothing . The call agent Duikero stated they will get back to me but no time frame given so how long will that be? This is not the first time I have had problems with Makro on line purchases I also had a delivery of a gas stove that was in bad condition I returned it to Makro the same day with the delivery driver it took 2 Months to get Makro to get the supplier to produce a new gas stove. This seems to be a problem within Makro and their third party suppliers.
Absa has personal that are doing wrong actions by supplying debt review company in kzn and then causing a debt review claim against myself. You absa in kzn need investigation within
I am placing a review to escalate that the staff need to take action into *****ulent conduct from debt review companies and banks inside *******ion. The Ncr is not for the customer as the delayed more than a year to assist my complaint. I re provided my case to the Ncr which the Ncr is not for me but against me as they do not support and understand the issue of *****ulent use of myself.
