Infinite Debt Solutions
Based on recent customer reviews, Infinite Debt Solutions faces overwhelmingly negative sentiment, with customers consistently raising serious concerns about unsolicited cold calls, alleged POPI Act breaches, and being placed under debt review without informed consent. A recurring theme is difficulty reaching consultants, unanswered emails and WhatsApp messages, and prolonged delays in obtaining clearance certificates or removal from debt review. Several reviewers describe the sales approach as misleading, citing claims of NCR affiliation. A small minority highlight positive experiences, particularly singling out a consultant named Simone for helpful, attentive service during cancellation or onboarding.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Infinite Debt Solutions. It has now been 15 business days since all my paid-up letters were submitted, and I still have not received my clearance certificate, despite Section 71 of the National Credit Act requiring this process to be handled within the proper legal timeframe. Communication has been extremely poor. Emails are ignored for days, and I have been passed between staff members without receiving proper assistance, updates, or accountability. This has caused unnecessary stress and delays in my financial recovery process. Clients should not have to constantly follow up for documents that are legally required after completing their debt review obligations. I expected professionalism, urgency, and transparency, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I hope management addresses these delays and improves communication and service delivery for other clients going forward.

I received a call from this company. I then told the lady I am not interested but I later received a sms saying I consented for my credit profile to be checked. I never consented to anything. The SMS even came a few minutes after the call was dropped. I phoned them to find out a receptionist answered saying if I received a SMS that means I consented after telling her I did not. How is me telling you I'm not interested the same as me giving consent? which means their sales reps are chasing stats instead of being truthful, they can't even transfer you through to the relevant people or department.

I received a call from the company citing I am over paying. I asked the lady what a I over paying on and she went into my credit score WITHOUT MY CONSENT and proceeds to send me an sms that I have consented. Where did they get my information from? I didn't CONSENT for an assessment. That's contravening the POPI ACT. Then the lady suddenly says that I don't have debt. WHO GAVE HER CONSENT? WHY DO THEY RANDOMLY CALL PEOPLE AND GO IN THEIR PROFILES? I called to get clarity and I asked to speak to the manager, Jolene, who hasn't called me to date. I want fully clarity as to who gave them my information because I have never interacted with these people before. I have also reported them to the Regulations Board and called a media house to have coverage on on this ************ company. It's not right and I want answers.

Having realised that the solution was not only about helping to reduce interest on bond / loan repayments but meant no more access bond and credit card, I changed my mind and asked for the process to be cancelled. The lady that assisted me Simone Paulse, really came to the party and assisted me through the process. Simone helped with changing my perception of infinite debt solution.

Good day I am writing this email because i have a serious issue with my debt review removal. I app**** for debt review through a company called Infinite debt solutions and a consultant by the name of Mogammat Sulaiman +27215691212 from Infinite Debt Solutions assisted me, a contract was signed and after few months of paying I requested to be removed from debt review. I contacted infinite debt solutions via phone and whatsapp but non of my messages and called were attended to. Mogammat deliberately ignored my requests after several attempts on all communication platforms, as i have proof. I then approached another company called Remove Debt for assistance where they agreed and spoke to Nadia Mothilall, Ashleigh Naidu and Ntokozo where they made me pay R9500 over a period of 4 months and said after i pay this amount their attorneys will go to court on my behalf. I paid the R9500 in full by end of October 2025 and proof is available. Since promised according to Remove Debt that they are busy with my query i haven’t received feedback since November 2025 till date, emails was sent to them but no response. Infinite debt solutions refuse to assist me and dropped calls in my ear several times, Remove Debt is not even willing to assist me in any way ever since last year. I am appealing to the NCR to please assist me as my finances are all stable and i do not need debt review anymore. And i feel as thou i have been ****med by these consultants.
