I received a call from the company citing I am over paying. I asked the lady what a I over paying on and she went into my credit score WITHOUT MY CONSENT and proceeds to send me an sms that I have consented. Where did they get my information from? I didn't CONSENT for an assessment. That's contravening the POPI ACT. Then the lady suddenly says that I don't have debt. WHO GAVE HER CONSENT? WHY DO THEY RANDOMLY CALL PEOPLE AND GO IN THEIR PROFILES? I called to get clarity and I asked to speak to the manager, Jolene, who hasn't called me to date. I want fully clarity as to who gave them my information because I have never interacted with these people before. I have also reported them to the Regulations Board and called a media house to have coverage on on this ************ company. It's not right and I want answers.
