As an owner I am ignored. I pay my levies but due to bank issues etc by the 4th I am charged extra for late payment. They don’t even have AGM they don’t fix the complex it’s not kept up. They ignore situations they ignore emails.

Useless service from a lady called Baby. Contact her 4 April regarding an available unit had no response till Friday 7 April informing us they are closed for Easter. Requested to view the unit- but working till 17:30 and requested to view unit later the evening or on the weekend and was told this is not possible at all. We cannot view the unit during working hours and she is not willing to compromise or assist us at all.

Jotam was managing the lease of a property on behalf of the owner. Screening of tenants not good. Major damage to the property. Same happened where they are managing the lease of a unit in another complex and undesirable tenants resulting in nuisance to the residents and great cost to the owner. They are not hands on and hardly ever do inspections on the properties they manage.

I saw the add online pop and email the Agent and got immediate response from Baby for viewing. Quick and professional sevice was received and I would definitly recommend them. Thank you for helping renting the perfect flat and keep up with the good service.

My electricity tripped from the outside meter and in which the outside meter is locked by Jotam management. <br> I called them for assistance to come and open it.<br> Jotam told me that they will \charge me the call out fee if it is found that the power did not trip in the outside box"then I agreed.<br> <br> When they came to check they saw nothing wrong and charged me that call out fee. I called an electrician to come and check my electricity and he told me that the problem is from outside. I had to call Jotam again to come and open for electrician to check.<br> <br> The electrician didn't do anything he just turned it up in which I had to pay him but why must I pay Jotam when the electricity tripped from outside in which they told me that they will ONLY CHARGE WHEN IT DID NOT TRIP FROM OUTSIDE BOX.<br> Now they changing their statement to say that they must charge me call out fee because the stove caused the electricity to trip"

I rented a town house from Jotam from 01 Sep 2013 until 31March 2015. I treated the place as my own, They kept R7650 as deposit that I had to get when I moved out, out of it they only paid out R2418, when they account for the rest they say its for changing a burnt counter top(something I had mentioned when I moved in), changing a cracked wooded door \somewhere in the house"(Something I know nothing about. The rest they charge R150-R450 for stuff that can be bought for less than R10.00. Worst of all things I know were not broken when I left. My biggest problem"
