No AGM in 6 years, no signed financials and one unit in arrears by R120k. R200k loss for two consecutive years. No maintenance plan and no reserve funds.
Unable to get boarding pass via whatsup. Flysafair told me it was a system problem.... They did not explain properly as to what was to be done to rectify the situation. Finally onboard, no room vir hand luggage. Seat allocated taken and was first come first serve. Horrible experience
Charmaine, Liza, Lee, Liezel, Christel, the best team ever. I've been going to them for the last couple of years for my hair, nails, lashes etc. I am always happy and it is always an awesome experience. The warmth, dedication and professionalism is next level. Their prices below par. People are willing to travel far to them for a day of pamper and just a feel good day. Love you guys.
Jotam was managing the lease of a property on behalf of the owner. Screening of tenants not good. Major damage to the property. Same happened where they are managing the lease of a unit in another complex and undesirable tenants resulting in nuisance to the residents and great cost to the owner. They are not hands on and hardly ever do inspections on the properties they manage.
