These people really give people a run around when they need to withdraw their monies. I did a withdrawal on my investment, they put it on hold because they want Fica documents. I submitted the documents and they still sending me from pillar to post. Their level of service is really declining from the first I joined
I had previously written a review about this institution where I thought I was being ****med. The business is actually legit, they did contact me and explained the misunderstanding. The matter was resolved in a very respectful way. I feel it is appropriate that I commend their staff especially Sthabile for handling the matter in a professional manner. Im looking forward to the vacation that I have booked via them and will be booking more vacations with them because they value their clients
I lodged a claim with sa home loans. It is now almost over a month. Im unable to get hold of Darshen who I was told is in charge of my case. What saddens me the most is the manner in which I was treated by one of their employees by the name of Tyran. I called to try and be connected to Darshen, he told me that the systems were offline while I was trying to ask if there is any other way to get in touch with Darshen he dropped the phone on my ear rudely so It is very difficult to deal with people like these because instead of giving us relief they add more frustrations
I ordered and paid for furniture and they promised delivery within 2 weeks. Two weeks is over so I called in to find out. The lady who is their receptionist is extremely impatient and rude. She is not fit to deal with customers. She put the phone down on me while I was still talking, I called back She put it down again. How rude
I ordered two items online and only one was delivered. I then got an email from a person called Tamrun Beath apologizing for the mistake and he promised to ship the missing items. I wait and for weeks and eventually I write to him/her again. The response was another apology and this time she/he says the item is out of stock and it was an error from their side to promise me to ship the item. This time he/she says I must either pick an option for a refund or a coupon to buy again online. I chose the coupon. I waited and waited and I'm still waiting. The level of service is beyond poor. Imagine a big store like this one with zero customer service
I booked for 9 people and we were 10 minutes late due to the cape town traffic. They refused to help us, told us they are running a business their concern is money not us. They asked us to pay again which we did not do and we did not get to ride the quadbikes. I was so disappointed. The two white ladies are extremely rude. I took the cover for Tyre repairs when I bought my Nissan Navara. I was led to believe that I can go to Tiger Wheel and have my tyres repaired in the event I have a problem. Upon going to Tiger Wheel to fix one of my tyres I was told that it is not covered. This amounts to false advertising and possible *****. They have been debiting my account under False advertising all this time.
Ordered stuff from take a lot and to my surprise the items appear as delivered and signed for. I would like to know who signed and where as nothing has come to our house
I had booked an MSc cruise with them, they have an official available on Whatsapp to answer question. I went to the cruise on the 10th to the 13th, had a fantastic time with my husband. We did not get to go to the Portuguese island as it was not safe nonetheless the fun continued. Keep it up
I had to urgently phone and report a suspected fraudulent activity on my husband's card. I did not ask for any information but needed to alert them as my husband had to rush to vodacom as his phone suddenly did not have network. The last time this occurred, his rcs card was fraudulent used. We are now in panick mode, had to report this for him as he has no phone and he is not here with me right now to speak on the phone. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude, her name is Ziyanda. She has zero customer care because if she had, she would have atleast noted what I was trying to communicate and politely ask that my husband phone for himself as soon as he can. They do not give clients an ear but when something goes wrong then the client still suffers. If anyone was planning on getting a rcs cars please don't. You will be subjected to fraud and rude employees
