Travel Bella Cruise
The Travel Bella Cruise in March was an absolute success. The entertainment was amazing. I got to meet Cassper Nyovest, Dj Tira, Boohle, Somizi … just to name a few. The stage was out of this world. Travel Bella’s and MSc’s service was 10/10. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and checkin was quick. I am so grateful to the captain for getting us out of harms way as the ocean started feeling violent due to Hurricane Freddy approaching.

Travel Bella Cruise

Great service
I had booked an MSc cruise with them, they have an official available on Whatsapp to answer question. I went to the cruise on the 10th to the 13th, had a fantastic time with my husband. We did not get to go to the Portuguese island as it was not safe nonetheless the fun continued. Keep it up

Great service

Tap into Metro FM Cruise Disaster!
The Metro FM cruise that took place from 7 to 11 April 2022 was the most poorly organised event I ever attended. The pre party was a disaster and the boarding process even worse. They didn't deliver on any of the advertised experiences and the Portuguese Island was a scam that was never planned to take place and the weather excuse was used. There was absolutely no client service and a complete disregard for us as paying travellers. It is clear that the travel agent used the minimum number of staff for an event of so many people. They were so inefficient and completely unavailable throughout the whole process. Calls went unanswered and important information on vaccination and testing was only sent on the morning of the 7th. Those who booked to travel by Bus were only called on the morning of travel and the bus was a taxi and not the luxury bus that was promised.

Terrible service delivery
Terrible service, poor communication and false adverti*****t. Went on their metro fm cruise and it was a flop. They issued tickets just a day before the trip... We didn't even make it to Portuguese's Island.

Over promise but under deliver
If you want to enjoy your holiday trip do not bopk via Travwl Bella. They will over promise and under deliver. Went on their Metro FM ship cruize almost a disaster as our drink vouchers were not delivered and MSC had to get them to come & assist us. Travel Bella doesn't communicate but takes our money. What a dissapointment.
