Their product is of the very best quality and I would recommend them to anyone. The initial installation of my Tarp was difficult for me to manage so they collected it and made some changes to give me a better solution free of charge and even fixed some damage that I had done to it. I was really impressed with the response!
Initially there were challenges but eventually Desmond Kwena Papole resolved the matter to my satisfaction. He was very helpful, understanding and effective
The product is good but the quality of the after care is very poor. Installation didnt meey my requirements but once they install and you pay they don't entertain any issues afterwards. Calls are ignored and they don't seem to want to assist with any issues or problems that clients have.
I paid double for my tv license last year and to this day sabc doesn’t want to acknowledge my 2nd payment and I was harassed again this year till I have to pay again. So basically paying your TV license is not the right thing to do after all
The Metro FM cruise that took place from 7 to 11 April 2022 was the most poorly organised event I ever attended. The pre party was a disaster and the boarding process even worse. They didn't deliver on any of the advertised experiences and the Portuguese Island was a scam that was never planned to take place and the weather excuse was used. There was absolutely no client service and a complete disregard for us as paying travellers. It is clear that the travel agent used the minimum number of staff for an event of so many people. They were so inefficient and completely unavailable throughout the whole process. Calls went unanswered and important information on vaccination and testing was only sent on the morning of the 7th. Those who booked to travel by Bus were only called on the morning of travel and the bus was a taxi and not the luxury bus that was promised.
Even after I have been contacted and promised that my problem will be resolved it remains unresolved
Bought and insured two phones with Edcon and all was well until it was time to claim. Now they are declining the claim based on reasons that are not valid. All to get out of honouring the claim.
My account is being handed over to credit collectors when I terminated the contract in September 2021 and continued to pay even in November. I have called this company on countless times and confirmed that I do not owe them yet they continue to harass me on this and I have reached my wits end. All of this is having an negative impact on my credit rating!!!
My 76 year old moms struggle to claim on her funeral cover is finally over thanks to this hard working and customer oriented lady. I hope Mstropolitan appreciates the likes of Beverley Kannemeyer. She showed care and concern and managed to clean up the mess her other colleagues had made. The query was resolved within 24 hours and my mom received her money.
Metropolitan is cheating my 76 year old mother of her money. They have been collecting premiums from her for years for a funeral cover for an uncle who has no one and when it was time for her to claim they are telling her the policy that they have been collecting from her back account doesn't belong to her. They are sending her from pillar to post. It is so ridiculously sad how the elderly are exploited and taken advantage of by this company.
