I cannot thank Naseema Akoon from Beekman Holidays Reservations enough ! I contacted her regarding an online booking that I made and went absolutely above and beyond to assist me and had everything taken care of so quickly while making the process for myself easy and headache free. She even negotiated a cheaper rate and refund for us. When does that ever happen? Thank you Naseema x

They were helpful when I called to enquire about a booking. Thulani Nzoyiya took me through the steps I needed to book, he was patient and I managed to book my stay. Highly recommend Beekman holidaysz

I booked with this urgency on the 27 November 2025 at Kingdom Holiday resort, my holiday was starting on the 2nd January 2026 to the 5th January 2026, one of the accommodation I requested was a three bedroom Villa with a splash pool that costs R22 850.00. On the 31st December 2025 I got an email explaining that the Villa with splash pool is no longer available so they have made modifications to the booking and moved it to a three bedroom chalet with no splash pool.And further explained that the resort is aware of the modifications so it will be discussed on Monday after our check-out. I have been contacting them since the 12th January 2026 regarding this matter cause there was a refund due to me because of the modifications but till today I haven’t been paid back what I am owed. Instead I am being ignored or sent from one consultant to the other, my case’s refence will be created and opened and get closed within a week which I don’t even understand why. Can you please kindly help me with this issue as I was looking forward to be visiting this place more often in future but they have disappointed me badly and this was my second stay with them.

My family and i had a car accident on our way to one of the holiday resorts under beekmans holiday. I sent an email to beekman holidays letting them know that we wont make it. Nariska Gajadar responded to my email requesting proof that we were indeed in the accident. I sent her pictures as well as a copy of our statement and case number. Within a week she got back to me and informed me that we couldn't receive a refund but we had a credit on our account and we could therefor make a booking at another time more suitable for us. She made the entire process so seamless showing a high level of empathy and care. She made me feel like she knew me personally and was genuinely worried my family and I's wellbeing. She also advised that we could make another booking once we had healed and were ready. When we were eventually ready, she made the bookings for us, giving us different options to choose from. She went over and beyond her call of duty to ensure that we were happy with the new booking and that we were settled when we arrived Thank you Nariska, your empathy, care and support have truly touched us in an incredible manner and we look forward to our next booking with Beekmans Holiday

I experienced truly exceptional service from Sthabile Mchunu. She assisted me with great patience and efficiency throughout the process. At one point, my airtime ran out during our call, and she immediately called me back without hesitation to continue assisting me. This meant a great deal, especially as I was feeling frustrated after my reservation had been cancelled. Thanks to her support, everything was resolved, and I am now very happy and relieved. I can finally look forward to my birthday vacation at Dikhololo in a few weeks!
