This is about your Montana branch. What a pleasure in dealing with them. Especially a lady called Elandri that really went out of her way to assist me. It was a Saturday but that didn't deter her from finalising my query. You can be proud to have staff like that. Keep up the good work.
Today is the 3rd time I visited Walmart Clearwater Mall and, again, it was such a disappointment. Their vegetable section is minute and there is only a small selection. Their potatoes are good though. Come to the cashiers - only one cashier. Eventually another cashier comes strolling along with hands in the pocket and not in a hurry at all. At the till, she stood with one hand in the pocket whilst serving us Walmart, please send your cashiers for training so that they can be a bit more capable. Furthermore, the music was also extremely loud.
I have frequented Pick 'n Pay for many many years. However, according to what I have noticed, things have been going downhill. For the past three weeks, the machines at the voucher kiosks always seem to be either out of order or no ink in the printers or no paper in the printer or paper jams in the printer. This morning was no exception - I got a printed sheet with nothing on it. Furthermore, In this morning's Beeld newspaper, Pick 'n Pay advertised 2-ply Baby Soft Toilet Paper (9 rolls) X 2 for R60. When we enquired at the store, we were told that the adverti*****t was incorrect and they (sic) (don't know who) made a mistake. We were further told that Pick 'n Pay apologised by means of a sticker on the shelf. Pick 'n Pay, shame on you for misleading the clients. I have also sent Pick 'n Pay an e-mail enquiring about their magazine and the fact that I can never get it. This was some time back and up until today have received nothing from them. Not an acknowledgement of receipt, etc. I am very very disappointed in the service I have experienced from Pick 'n Pay these past few months and will think twice before going there again as I now realise that for them it is not about customer care anymore and I would rather spend my hard earned money at a store where us, the customers, still count.
I tried to call Gezina Medicross from 07:40 this morning up until 08:40 when they EVENTUALLY decided to answer their phones. In the meantime my telephone bill is rising while I am waiting for them.
My granddaughters regularly see a doctor there and because they feel comfortable with the doctor, we travel the distance.
At about 8:15 I phoned their Head Office's call centre and was assured that someone will call me back as I wanted to speak to someone in Customer Care. I am still waiting!!!!!
When I eventually got hold of someone at Medicross, my granddaughter's doctor was fully booked and she now has to see a strange doctor who does not know her history.
I would also like to mention that the service at the reception counter is not up to standard. There are quite a few ladies who do reception duties. I have never been greeted with a smile and trust me, I go there often. One is on the phone, one is allegedly busy with the files, some are not there, another one walks around with a cup of coffee in the hand, and so on. In the meantime the patients are queuing to be assisted.
Medicross, we pay dearly for your services and time is money for us as well.

I am a regular at this specific Dis-Chem branch, I was there on Monday: Excellent service from the pharmacist / assistant at the dispensary. Unfortunately, I could not see her name and can thus not mention her in person. Today I returned an electric toothbrush that I bought two weeks ago that was not functioning properly. From the minute I walked in, I had good service. The lady at the customer care counter: Thank you for being so friendly and kind. We do not see this anymore. To Etienne for going the extra mile to ensure that a customer walks out with a smile. Dis-Chem, please keep this up. This is how you keep your customers.
We just came back from a week's stay at the Drakensberg Sun in the Winterton District.

What an experience. We had excellent service. From the onset we were welcomed by porters that were so very friendly and well spoken. Reception: What can I say ... Excellent.

Highly recommended.

Southern Sun (Drakensberg Sun) - please keep this up. This was 5 star quality and I am so very proud to be a South African. We had a Hungarian friend who visited and she was so very impressed with everything.

Please convey my compliments to all the staff.
I purchased a Jeep t-shirt from the Menlyn branch only to discover that when I wanted to wrap it (its a Christmas gift which I now cannot give!!) it had a big tear at the bottom. So I thought, i'll just pop into the Kolonnade branch as I live nearby and will just swop it, simple right? Wrong!!!! I was treated like a bloody criminal as if I were the one who damaged the thing and to be told that I had to go back to the Menlyn branch to exchange it, utter nonsense. So I phoned the Menlyn branch and spoke to a very helpful manager called Anzani who made arrangements for me to get it exchanged at the Kolonade branch, but oh, it doesn't stop there, when I went back, yet again, the size I needed was no longer there. So again I get told to go back to the Menlyn branch as they had the size I need. This is utter nonsense and totally unacceptable, first I get treated like a piece of rubbish then I am inconvenienced this way - NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Worst of all is the fact I cannot give that gift to the person I bought it for, I am ENRAGED!!!
I am disgusted at this level of service and it has to be brought to the attention of the highest order in the Edcon group.
I visited @Home in the Kolonnade yesterday to buy a gift for a bridal shower. I received excellent service from Sophy. She was friendly and assisted me in making the correct choice. She took great care in wrapping my gifts and was very friendly and courteous. She was patient and made me feel special.

@Home you can be proud of your staff at that specific branch. I visit it often and have always received service with a smile - even if I just browse around.

I will definitely recommend your store to everyone.
Kudo's to Telkom for excellent service in our area. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask the technician's name but he was so friendly and courteous. I placed the call on Saturday and he came today and fixed my line that was scratchy. I have up to today only received excellent service from Telkom.
We stopped at Harrie's Pancakes in Graskop for breakfast on 4 March. It was recommended to us by the Info centre at Graskop. My friends have also always spoken highly of them.

I ordered the two fried eggs with savoury mince and toast. The two eggs came in one big plate, the toast in a separate little basket (of which I had no problem with) and my mince in a separate little bowl. One look at the mince and I knew that this was definitely not what I had in mind. It tasted awful, was cold and watery. It was as if it was taken out of the freezer and not heated properly. Nothing appetising about it.

I was very very disappointed and would definitely not recommend that specific branch to anyone.

The staff were very friendly though.
