Today is the 3rd time I visited Walmart Clearwater Mall and, again, it was such a disappointment. Their vegetable section is minute and there is only a small selection. Their potatoes are good though. Come to the cashiers - only one cashier. Eventually another cashier comes strolling along with hands in the pocket and not in a hurry at all. At the till, she stood with one hand in the pocket whilst serving us Walmart, please send your cashiers for training so that they can be a bit more capable. Furthermore, the music was also extremely loud.

I purchased three appliances from Walmart on the 5th of May and the following day I got a call from ****mers with every single detail I had used to purchase the appliances from name, ID number and card information that I had used on the day they even had information on what I bought and claimed that they had this information because ABSA was doing an investigation, yet I do not have an ABSA account. So who from Walmart is giving away information because this can’t be taken lightly

Every time I make online orders, I get charged for what they don’t have in store and have to wait for days for a refund to purchase urgent things. They can’t always not know they are out of stock and keep charging people immediately and make them wait longer for their money in-order to live. I have 2 way overdue refunds they **** about and still waiting, the third one is 9 days in and will be overdue in a few days. What disgusting BINGO sick system is this? People have plans for their money, we don’t work to get paid just so WALMART can dribble us with our money. Their WhatsApp line is useless. What a pathetic joke for a company.

Although I purchased this product at a game store it is a Walmart product brought into SA I believe. Hyper tough products should be removed from SA, it is a cheap inferior product that shouldn’t be on the market. I bought a hyper tough lawnmower in December 2025, used it for 10 minutes and it stopped working, I returned it for repairs and waited a few weeks only to get it back still not working, I returned it again for repairs, I sent a video to hyper tough ZA and they admitted that there seems to be something wrong with the machine, nearly 4 months later and I’m told to go fetch the lawnmower. I will be warning people about this brand for as long as I can, on every social media platform. Walmart should not be pushing their inferior products here.

Walmart South Africa where advertising Vannemei prawns for R99.99 per box until 23rd March 2026. I went to the Boksburg store yesterday as well as today to try and buy only to be told that there is no stock and unfortunately it is tough for the customer. (as per Refiloe at customer service) Game has been a regular culprit for advertising things and then not having stock. Does this mean that Walmart is just a Game store rebranded and continues with the bad service?

I purchased a washing machine in-store on the 13th March 2026 at Walmart East Rand Mall. I was told they don't stock in-store and they will order from DC and call me when my order is read. I called the delivery guy on Saturday morning and told him I'm not home after receiving the SMS, we arranged for Monday, after receiving an SMS today I called him, Mandla and we agreed that 3pm my delivery will be made, I got a missed call at 13:54 which I called Mandla back as I did not recognise the number that called me, he said he'd check who called and get back to me, I called him again at 16:20 and he said he's going to check and get back to me, I got a call from a rude man asking me why wasn't I answering my call as he was at my gate at 2pm, I asked him who did he arrange that with and who is he, he screamed at me and hung up, I called Mandla to tell him his guys are rude but I want my delivery today he said he'd call the driver but promised to deliver tomorrow morning, I told him I want my parcel today or I'm calling the store to cancel this order. Bad on communication and updates. I don't understand why the store did not call me to check if I'm available before dispatching my order or make arrangements or update me on my order
