Every time I make online orders, I get charged for what they don’t have in store and have to wait for days for a refund to purchase urgent things. They can’t always not know they are out of stock and keep charging people immediately and make them wait longer for their money in-order to live. I have 2 way overdue refunds they **** about and still waiting, the third one is 9 days in and will be overdue in a few days. What disgusting BINGO sick system is this? People have plans for their money, we don’t work to get paid just so WALMART can dribble us with our money. Their WhatsApp line is useless. What a pathetic joke for a company.
The most pathetically disgusting 🤢🤮 service ever. What a way to treat customers who feed you and yours. Their chat bot is can’t even save the despicably useless and clueless staff who fail answering calls and sorting out simple matters. They charge you for no reason, then **** around with deranged excuses to give you your money back immediately like they STOLE IT INCURRING BANK CHARGES THEY FAIL PAYING TOO. I WANT MY R699 NOW, TODAY. You pathetic THIEVING COMPANY.
You people are a joke and should be ashamed for your constant failure, lies and promises. You are worse than ANC. You can’t fail shutting down the account for almost two years and then finally take the money that belongs to me too because it is convenient to you to always benefit while your customers are annoyed and typing daily to babysit you in doing your jobs properly while overplayed by them. At least try practicing the lies you keep type preaching on hellopeter about caring and return what’s owed to me and then shut it down not swallow the rest. Transfer what’s not yours then shut it down already!!! Geeze!!! Hhahhhh!!!
Can I have my supposed to be CLOSED cheque account since almost two years ago finally SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD like promised. I am sick and tired of going to the branch and seating there making phone calls to the always *********** bunch who always fails solving the problem to the unused account that has accumulated over R130 000. Your appointed HBR Attorneys are the worst. How disappointing from start to finish. Extremely appalling to the core as always with you Standard Bank 🤮🤮🤮.
I am disgusted, sick and tired of forwarding emails like your overly used puppet. All I have been getting is lazy automated email responses, lame promises to be called back which in true Standard Bank fashion fail no one bothers nor cares to. Days were forfeited by ***** department, biggest failures of them all. Complains department told me about another seven working days and sent me the same lame apologies they send everyone on this site and preach over the telephone when I call them but fail dismissally. Your job has been done for you, just unblock my account already all necessary information is at your disposal. Just do your job you debit me for and stop failing me non stop because I have complaint of almost two years you also failed resolving and has accumulated over R120 000 while your staff roam around confused and keep me in one of your branches for hours. As if you never held on to my insurance settlement for over a month. How dare you continue like this non stop!!! Practice what you preach!!!
