Wrong pricing at the till. So this company wants me to save money. But when I got home there were 2 items charged at a much higher price than advertised on the shelves
Don't be fooled that Momentum can serve a customer with a tax certificate online. I mailed the helpline only to receive a mail back that my account dies not exist. But I receive my monthly annuity from them in my bank account. Disgusting service today
I have said it before and I will say it again and again. This is the worst bank in the world. I can never pay a large amount for anything I buy without being treated like a ******** *****ster online. I absolutely despise this bank. Then you phone their helpline and 7 minutes later you are still waiting.....I will go the social media route now....
My order included an artist ink drawing pad and to my absolute dismay it was included in the parcel in a shocking condition. Damaged, dirty and twisted pages. 2 pages so dirty , like it had been thrown on the floor and stood on. The actual boxed package had no signs of any damage.
Rynfield Terrace. The large Coke has it printed all over their bottles.....Recommended price R25 in red. No we can not sell it at that price, we will be losing money. What a **** and bull story from an arrogant manageress. No problem. I won't be shopping there again.
Stood in a super long queue today. 3 tellers open. Who Cares hey...Then I get to the till, and if you don't have their get out of jail card, you are going to get *****ed like never before. Left all my products on the counter and I will never return. Disgusted
This company was great in the past. But as thet grow the worse they get. Whatsapp support, useless to sat the least. AI chat. Pathetic. Then the same applies to the email support. A total waste of time. So I will not order tools from Toolcraft again if they use The Courier Guy
To order a new credit card on their app is absolutely useless. No confirmation received. Then secure chat....another total waste of time. I will be leaving this bank shortly after 40 years plus with them. No customer satisfaction skills and a useless banking application
Their service is outstanding, and their pricing is fair. Deliveries are tops. All round a fantastic company to deal with online.
Rynfield Square. The long standing in a queue is a matter I have brought to their attention, time and time again. Install a camera to see what I mean. Their attitude stinks. No apologies or take action now to rectify the matter. Disgusted in this Woolworths and now I will never shop there again. .
