Walmart continues with the Game bad service
Walmart South Africa where advertising Vannemei prawns for R99.99 per box until 23rd March 2026. I went to the Boksburg store yesterday as well as today to try and buy only to be told that there is no stock and unfortunately it is tough for the customer. (as per Refiloe at customer service) Game has been a regular culprit for advertising things and then not having stock. Does this mean that Walmart is just a Game store rebranded and continues with the bad service?

Shocking follow up service
On 13th December we logged a complaint our fibre line had a problem. The operator said she would log a complaint. 14th we phoned back to discover she hadn’t logged the problem! They then logged the problem. 0n the 18th we discovered the ticket had been closed as if problem was solved!!! NOT!!! Logged second ticket. 20th phoned again. Now second ticket has been closed as if problem was resolved. STILL NOT!!! PLEASE RELEASE US FROM YOUR CONTRACT SO WE CAN GET SOMEONE TO GIVE US SERVICE!!!
