******* - misleading advertising
Their advertising is misleading. They say its R240.00 and then you can download the content. No where it states its a subscription and when you buy it also doeS not say anything. I picked it up when I found weekly charges (including international fees) on my card. I am reporting them to my bank as ***** and will comment in future on any of their adverti*****t. What a shame that someone selling Christian content can be *******

Unauthorised phonecalls and then put the phone down in your ear
Keep phoning me. Looking for someone else. If I ask them to take my number off, they put the phone down. I would like this investigated and I will give them over for not complying to Popia. Someone needs to contact me. They phoned again now 19/03 12h22

FNB not there to assist growing ALL South African companies
As a business owner with 3 FNB Business accounts, I am extremely disappointed that the only time I request FNB to assist my business during a period where we have sudden growth and need financial assistance, we are declined. FNB always advertises how they are there for businesses and will help anyone grow, but it seems its not available for all South Africans. Definitely not for those trying to make an honest living. So very disappointed Will definitely be reviewing where we bank

STOP PHONING ME WORST COMPANY EVER
These people keep phoning me. They ask for someone that I dont know who they are. I've asked them numerous times to DELETE me off their system. According to the POPIA act, they are not allowed to just phone us. When I ask them to remove me, they say only their supervisors can. When I ask them to put me through, they put the phone down on me. This is definately not the type of company where you want ANY LIFE or LEGAL Assistance from. I will keep reporting on Clientele until they STOP PHONING me.

LACK of customer service assistance - GHD SOUTH AFRICA
I contacted customer services via their email adress 13January. I am still waiting for proper assistance and for my issue to be resolved. "Candice" has been the one replying and she just does not resolve it. She sends short answers, answers half and now she just does not respond. I am extremely unhappy with GHD South Africa.

SPAM CALLING CONSTANTLY - STOP IT!
They keep phoning. When you answer there is nothing. When you phone back there is nothing. When you block them they just phone from another number. Surely someone should sort them out?

IStore EAST RAND MALL avoid
Went to visit ISTORE in EAST RAND Mall. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Lady at the counter kept SNORTING and making funny thought noises. She was definitely not in the mood to help at all. WHAT a bad reflection on APPLE/ISTORE as a whole. Please train your staff on proper hygiene, general etiquette and that the customers in effect actually pay their salaries!

Vodacom re-allocated telephone number in use for over 15years
My father was overseas for 3 months. They have returned just to find out that VODACOM has allocated his number to someone else because his number was not used in 3 months time. Although 3months will only be tomorrow 1August. THey already contacted vodacom on 30July to ask why they cannot load money on his account, and then they where told "sorry it was re-allocated" Who gives VODACOM the right to do this? SO imagine the chaos, when people phone this original number and get through to somoene else? All the personal smsses that go to that number. How can Vodacom allocate numbers just like that? What is going on with Vodacom? Seems they are just doing whatever they want and does not care about the consumers. We URGENTLY require someone in a position to assist to contact us from Vodacom please

VODACOM *****ing money with unauthorised subscriptions
Vodacom allowing subscriptions to take consumer's airtime without the consumer's consent I suddenly found a sms to say that I had subscribed to RTST. I did not do that and I dont even know what it is. I see I am not the only person that has complaints about this. Vodacom needs to reimburse me for any charges that went off my account, as I did not give authorisation for this. Suddenly I have no data ... since this "subscription" and I have never NOT had data in the last 6 years that I had my contract.. I dialed *135*997#, that was on the sms to unsubscribe..... As per previous peoples complaints: We digged deeper into the messages and saw that sms's were sent where its free for 1 day and thereafter you pay a (~R15 or more etc) PER DAY. To unsubscribe, you have to click on a link. Sometimes you dont look at your messages as you are busy and look at it the next day or two. I am surprised that Vodacom is allowing such sms's/subscriptions to have access to their customer's airtime/money where its is taken without the consumer's consent. A consumer has the right to choose their subscriptions and not receive a sms and have a timeline to unsubscribe for something that the consumer did not even subscribe for in the first place. This makes one wonder, how safe your airtime/data is with Vodacom as it can get depleted by Vodacom allowing sms's subscriptions to have access to your airtime without your consent. This makes me want to change from Vodacom to another provider...
