Very poor quality pillow innrers. Within 6 months the feather pillow is unusbale. So many sharp feathers poking through. Volpes Woodlands told me they cannot process a return or refund and I need to email Bash, They do not reply to emails. I emailed on the 19 and 27 March. I bought a feather pillow inner from Volpes and within 6 months all of the feathers are poking through, It is unusable. What a joke this business is. Website has been down for over 1 week so you cannot renew your license disc online. Emails ignored Phone calls ring out. No-one gets back to you. Typical Government entity. They couldn't care less about the clients.
I ordered a new sim card on 20/1. Delivery was attempted at the incorrect address on 27/1 despite me providing the correct address. 4 phone calls later and still no-one can tell me where it is and when I am going to receive it. I've spoken to 3 different departments today and have been on the phone for more than 35 minutes. Another email being sent to the delivery team. I'm going to cancel. This is just too painful and totally inefficient.
I have been trying to cancel a corporate direct debit since the end of April. Numerous emails to numerous email addresses and nothing is being done. How hard can it be? Pushed from pillar to post and no-one capable of helping me.
Asked for corporate VAS to be cancelled on 20/4/2024. No reply. Emailed again on 2 July 2024. No reply. Phoned on 2/8/2024. Apparently you cannot speak to anyone in the corporate insurance department. Emailed again. No reply. Does anyone actually work in this department? I want this insurance cancelled and have now been charged 2 months extra. Useless email address as no-one replies [email protected]
I phoned on the 14 June to request a new tracker unit for my new vehicle. 24 hours later no call from the installer. Phoned Netstar and it apparently takes 3-4 days just for the installer company to phone you to book an appointment. 72 hours later and no phone call. 2 customer service agents said they would call me back. No calls. Want to cancel my contract as this is a joke.
Opened a new cell phone contract with Telkom. Used the new Telkom sim card in my old iphone (Cell C contract that was paid off) before putting it in the new iPhone (Telkom contract). When I go to try and trade the phone in at iStore, they tell me it is blacklisted. I assumed it was Cell C given that they were the old providers. I was wrong. I don't know what business Telkom had to blacklist my phone which was never theirs without my permission or even informing me. This cell phone was from my old Cell C contract, which was fully paid off. Now a might battle to get this reversed . I need this phone to be removed from your black list asap. Hoping that you can please assist us with this problem that we are struggling to get a solution from you. My contract with Cell C ended and when I tried to trade my iPhone in at the Apple store, they informed me that it is black listed. At no point did I ask for this phone to be blacklisted. Why was it blacklisted given that I own the phone as it is fully paid for? I was on pay as you go as the 2 year contract had ended and my number was ported over to Telkom. The networks @ Cell C are the reason we cancelled as the signal is very bad. Several unsuccessful calls to Cell C, calls being dropped and generally unhelpful service. Finally today they tell me that they cannot find my phone number or the IMEI of the iPhone. This is impossible. Surely records are kept. I still have 2 phone numbers on the same account with Cell C. I need this phone to be removed from your black list by the end of this weekend please.
BA cancelled our flights to the UK from South Africa. I am still waiting for my refund. Totally unacceptable. It was only sent to their refunds department on the 17 January. How can it take 6+ weeks to reach refunds. Still no refund to date
