Won’t get assisted and get no feedback.

I have requested to change my number and email adress. I called to be told to send a email. I sent a email and after a days wait, requested a AFFIDAVIT requesting to change my information. I have done so and sent it. I have been struggling 4 weeks to receive feedback and to change my information.

Disappointing

I paid for my license renewal. It has not been sent even though on their site it says 3-5days it’s been longer. However, I have been emailing them and calling them and I have not received any help.

eNaTIS Online Booking System disfunctional

Booking slots are quite scarce which results in travelling to a DLTC which is substantial distance away. I made a learners license booking online to go to a DLTC and be told that I cannot finalize my booking as my current learners license is still valid (expires in 4 days). Why allow a booking to be made if it cannot be completed, further to this, why do I have to travel to a DLTC and wait in queues just to be told that the booking cannot be finalized.

2 MONTHS and Counting overdue delivery of Vehicle Disc

For 3 years i have renewed my vehicle license disc online with no issue. 7 December 2025 i renewed my latest and 2 months later i am still waiting delivery whereas previously it took 3 - 5 working days. It took over a month for RTMC to get back to me and i get a default message every time saying: Good day, We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your vehicle license package, which has exceeded our standard delivery timeline of 3–5 working days. This delay was caused by unexpected system issues compounded by a temporary backlog in processing. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would like to assure you that your request has been escalated to our Printing Unit for priority handling, and we are closely monitoring its progress to ensure completion as soon as possible. To avoid any further delays, we kindly ask you to confirm your preferred delivery address at your earliest convenience. Needless to say i have received this response 5 times now and each time i have re-supp**** my address. I did get one additional mail saying my query has been escalated which was over a month ago. The eNatis system itself says the license has been printed but nothing regarding delivery. Their service is shocking. No one seems interested at all in resolving the issue.

Very very poor experience

Bad experience to say the least. Let’s start with the name. Easy confused with the actual government name. I paid in November to get my car license renewed. They took a very long time to get back to me and only in December did they tell me there was a problem and they would have to go again. So when I asked them when they never answered me only to find out in January when I called them that they closed shortly after I asked. Communication was extremely poor and I had to call multiple times to get answers. They told me I would have my license by end of week. Friday afternoon I called them and they told me Monday. Monday afternoon I called them and they haven’t even send my license to the courier. Only got my license 2 months after I paid. -100/10 would not recommend. It would be easier to stand in line self rather than use them.

eNats Online- Disgusting Service

Ordered a vehicle licence via this site- it has been 2 months and NO licence! There is also no after service assistance! Do not use this site at all!

Natis system fails to support law abiding citizens

I renewed my caricense online, not realising I had forgotten to renew the license on another vehicle I seldom drive. Once I realised I instantly corrected my error. I was told by an employee in Zwartkops Pretoria that the only way I could get the first vehicle's disc was if I came IN PERSON to the Pretoria office. I offered to pay for a courier, but was refused. I live in the Eastern Cape!! So the expectation is for a law abiding citizen to spend R3000+ to travel to Gauteng to get the disc. I did not experience the Licensing Department at all helpful or willing to assist. To add to my woes I received a R500 fine for not displaying my license disc, even though I displayed the fully paid registration paper. I have to appear in court now. Are the systems in our country aimed at helping or punishing those obeying the laws? I think the first.

eNats License Renewal

Waste of time, go to the NaTIS site directly, their service is good. 'eNats' is a 3rd party that adds a week or more on to the processing time. You get an email the day after they receive payment in their account that your renewal will take '5-7 working days'. Took them 9 days from receiving payment to tell me that one of my documents wasn't in the correct format. Immediately resubmitted and all I have received in 3 further days is an automated 'unusually high traffic, are attempting to clear backlog' type email. Presumably I will eventually receive another 'we've received your information, wait 5-7 working days' email. There is an unacceptable delay at every step, that they're a 3rd party isn't an excuse either, it is just another reason not to use them.
