mers and *** with poor customer service

The most horrible and unfair experience ever. I used flySafair on the 23rd of March to Mauritius and my brand new luggage suitcase got damaged and the wheel broken when we reach Mauritius airport. It was the first experience and had no knowledge that I had to report it immediately however few hours after checking in I reported to my travelling agent who advised me to contact flySafair to report. I did all this and was asked to attach a proof of purchase. I bought my luggage for over R1000 and few days before I travel. After sunk everything claims required I’m told that FlySafair can only pay R400 and that they are not responsible for luggage damages but there is third party working with luggage’s. This is nonsense, I did not hire that third party and did not book my flight ticket with the unknown company but FlySafair. I need full amount of my luggage because I bought it new and proof of purchase shows the date. This is unacceptable and unacceptable.

An administration mark on the license for warrant of arrest has been paid three years ago however we can renew the driving license till today because license department takes me from pillar to post. The person on details who seems to be responsible for removing the marking is Molise Rj and he can not be found, even license department says they don’t know him. What should I do? Why will a person put an admin mark and subject me to suffering while the whole department doesn’t know him? Please help me

R-E-S-P-E-C-T for Health science department

The registration period is the most frustrating time from the use of technology and long queues seeking placemen for the undergraduate. I was in this exact situation as a mother of young boy who wish to continue with their studies at North West University. I learned that as human we have normalized complaining about poor service delivery and taking videos to social media to get attention of some sort and on the flip side we lack appreciation and gratitude towards anyone who exceptionally perform their duties diligently. I came for registration with my son and upon arrival we met a wonderful lady named Hestie at registration who referred us to health science department since we had conditional offer on course that is full already. Upon arrival at health sciences we met with Mr Dillion Maepi and Ms Anthea Gaanakgomo guiding us based on choices of study we wish to register for and what is available at that time. Both personnel are kind, passionately serve with integrity. Their level of professionalism and work ethic it's outstanding. We left that office received final offers and placement together with necessary accommodate information. To management You have a wonderful team and mentally strong individuals. My son even said to me North West University Potchefstroom feels like home already. In my observations I realized they did not only assist us fairly because we are parents accompanied our children instead they showed the same amount of respect and fairness to returning students who also needed assistance. I'm grateful for the support from your staff, indeed they represent not only health science department but the entire North West University Potchefstroom outstandingly. I have nothing but R-E-S-P-E-C-T for all these individuals who ensured that we get help needed and made us feel at home. It is my wish for management to recognize greatness within their mist and give them flowers while they can smell them. It is rare in South Africa to find employees who are intentional about their work to serve without being supervised and still perform their duties perfectly. These are the people to keep, motivate, support and cherish because they are golden. I'm looking forward to the next four years my son will be studying with you, as North West University alumni am excited to witness his journey as a supportive parent this time around.From the bottom of my heart, would like to thank the stuff on the ground for their selflessness to carry our emotions and frustrations effortlessly. Incomplete process

I was handed over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys by Absa couple of years ago. I worked with them regarding settling the loan and credit card debt, I must indicate that they were professional and helpful regarding to offers on payment options available to me. All went well and managed to pay off the loans. They provided me with paid up settlement letter which stated that all relevent ITC agencies have been provided with the same for them to update and remove the judgment on my profile however the judgment still reflect on my profile. I followed up with Experian and they indicated that judgment is removed from their side and when I logged in my Experian profile I can't see any judgment on my name. I waited for another year and today standard bank and applying for credit and it's urgent however the same judgment reflected and therefore prevent me from getting deal. Kindly assist me with this matter urgently Will appreciate if you could update and further send me an email as proof for me to use it at standard bank please

Poor service

Buffalo international service is poor and inconvenience. I'm waiting for my parcel and driver called for delivery and request to move time as I was at work. I was told to reschedule on the portal which I did, the portal should have time availability between 8-17:00pm like other service provider and this service should be done before dispatch so that we can be available as indicated. We are working and their driver's are not even professional like others. After rescheduled for the following day, I waited and called their office I was told the delivery will be made yesterday, it was not delivered. Today is the 8th am as a shift worker will be at work after midday I haven't received my parcel as per their schedule yesterday there was no communication whatsoever, their WhatsApp is not active as no one is replying to our messages. How will I get my parcel? I called the office again today spoke to Mbali who said there is nothing he can do as the system only shows that the parcel will be delivered today. I asked her to contact drivers regarding availability as their portal does not provide it, or rather leave them a message, she said it's impossible to do any of the two options. Quiet a number of delivery services have a better and convenient service and this is the poorest I've ever seen. Discouraged to make use of them again. Driver's attitude very bad maybe if I was white things could have been better. Disgusted

Poor communication and service delivery

I have been using this account for years as good paying customer then was under debt review now debt free for a year now. I have been trying to reapply for his account it was rejected the whole of last year. However when I check on credit score the same account active, went to the store to purchase and was told it doesn't have a credit whereas on the app there is a credit. I followed up and email them credit limit increase form, 3 Months bank statement and the same screenshot. Was told indeed the account is active however was informed to resend bank statement and credit limit increase form again. I did and later received a message saying that credit limit is put on hold because it's unclear. I don't know why does that means, I email them again and guess what they send me credit limit increase form again. This is unprofessional and disgusting to repeat this one thing over and over again. Can they atleast work to resolve issue rather than just responding. So disgusted

Nonsense service with *********** personnel

I have contact Rain one and pay R559 monthly, now on the 1st Rain debited R959 on my account. I called their office to request for refund for this wrong billing. I'm told I have ask for level up, I asked the consultant when according to records did I ask for a level up because I have never made such request unless my account is hijacked by someone for some reason. He then says he is sorry it was their mistake however I have to wait for the other departments to call me and he does have a time frame when they will call me back. I need my refund now R400 because other debits will not be able to get funds die to their mistake. Unfortunately I will be liable for the bank charge's therefore. Please can rain stop logging message for us and rather transfer us directly to the department in question. I need my money now please.

I had account with Absa and after banking with them for over 8years I parted ways due to some of the financial services they could not provide for me when I needed them. I then closed all accounts after settling them and moved to other service provider. I closed a servings account on 31/01/2023 at Vereeniging Branch. I was instructed to pay R240 that was in arrears for the account to be closed. The teller further stated that head office will give me a call regarding closing the account and will ask some few security questions and reasons why I wish to close it. Indeed I was called few minutes after making payments and finished with the teller. I explained my reasons and was informed it will be closed. I'm talking to you now the account is still not closed and it is in arrears again. I went to Sebokeng Branch explain and they logged a message on the system as they said and promised that it will be closed. It's the 30/11/2023 the account is still not closed. I will not be responsible for paying accumulated arrears and I want that account closed please. I'm done with Absa and will appreciate if they can sort this matter out immediately. Thanks

I have been struggling with internet service the past 5 days I called the office for as long as I experience this problem however using my phone to call the rain office, they don't answer calls it takes over 45min before it's answered and had to quit the call due to airtime. I called again today and same happened and finally Akash Chaudhari answered and assisted me with the issue, he was patient and understanding. However after several attempt trying to resolve he had to transfer me to technical support for further assistance for both rooter and sim cards, I waited for them for over an hour and had to cancel the call. This is frustrating. I'm so disappointed and even now am still struggling to connect my devices with router and sim card for cells phones are still not working.
