Excuse my French but they are the worst pieces of sh*t! And I see I’m not the only who experienced their pathetic service. I was handed over to them by Vodacom for a contract I fully-paid up in 2021 but was advised my account will be switched to pre-paid. All of a sudden in September 2025 I’m told I owe Vodacom & was handed over to these **** Attorneys. Contacted these stupid attorneys for an explanation & none was forthcoming. Sent them several documents via WhatsApp’s to prove that I don’t owe Vodacom & they just ignore my texts. Very pathetic service & they can go to hell.

I'm am very unimpressed with these. They are harassing my elderly mother with a SARS bill that I have personally settled. We have sent proof on all of their communication platforms, which they respond to days after the time. My mom had to go to SARS to obtain a statement as we could not obtain proof via efiling. We posted on all digital channesl and called these people,to date every week, mom still getting emails harassing her about outstanding balances. They are not reconciling their records with SARS systems and really ought SARS should rethink their collections strategy or the debt collectors they are using.

I was sent an sms to say that I have been handed over. When I asked, what I am paying for, I was told that I am paying for a contract. That I took out in 2020. I did have a contract then, I have paid that contract up. I DID NOT RENEW OR TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONTRACT TO SIGN. I did not receive any communication about this matter. I was in credit for months. I tried contacting Vodacom via email, where I provided them with the emails they sent me stating that I was in credit then arrears. I asked for an explanation, but all I get is. "Ticket closed" They asked me for the ffg information which I do not know. Price Plan/Contract Plan. I would like to understand what is going on but nobody can help me. I spoke to Lindiwe Sikhosana at Norton Lambrianos Attorneys, WHO DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. SHE WAS EXTREMELEY INCOMPENTENT. Highy upset.

On the 10 March I made a payment to Norton Lambrianos towards my Vodacom account and on the 11 March I submitted the proof of payment to a WhatsApp number they provided. Someone confirmed receipt of pop and the payment and they said they would allocate everything accordingly. Since then I have been receiving calls from the same lawyers’ offices asking me about the payment. I gave every time, explained what had happened and each person that I spoke to would confirm that on looking further into the matter, the payment does appear in the system, they would just need to have it allocated against my name but somehow that doesn’t seem to happen. I am tired of being harassed by them and if my name ends up black listed because of their incompetence there will be even bigger problems.

These attorneys keep resurfacing after months only to text and email me for SARS arrears I'm not aware of, when I return the email asking them to furnish me the full details of the so called account, they simply ignore my email and send me another reminder after a week or two instead.

It is ******* to phone and try to collect on alleged debt that has prescribed. Stop phoning me. The listing of prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by the NCA and any attempt to list me will result in a defamation of character claim against you.

I paid my Russels account in full a couple of years ago. I send then the paid up letter but now they are sending me payment offers for an account that I don't have anymore. Send that paid up letter to them twice already. Pathetic.

Worst service received from this company, I paid up my Mom's Standard Bank Credit Card last year November 21st. I was told a paid up letter would be sent after 21 working days, its been almost 45 days and no paid up letter. When I call I get transferred from pillar to post. They are the pits 🚮
