I'm am very unimpressed with these. They are harassing my elderly mother with a SARS bill that I have personally settled. We have sent proof on all of their communication platforms, which they respond to days after the time. My mom had to go to SARS to obtain a statement as we could not obtain proof via efiling. We posted on all digital channesl and called these people,to date every week, mom still getting emails harassing her about outstanding balances. They are not reconciling their records with SARS systems and really ought SARS should rethink their collections strategy or the debt collectors they are using.
On September 22, 2022, I submitted a review of MSD Consulting, expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided. However, I recently reached out again via email approximately three weeks ago, and to my utmost delight, I promptly received both a call and an email from a responsive individual capable of addressing our concerns. I wish to express my sincerest commendation to Sa****a for her exceptional demonstration of customer service excellence. Sa****a displayed exemplary professionalism and dedication in guiding us through the intricacies of the DR Clearance process. Through consistent communication via phone calls and emails, she ensured that we remained thoroughly informed and updated throughout the entirety of the process. Our experience was marked by her unwavering commitment to facilitating our needs, for which we are genuinely appreciative. I'm so utterly disgusted with the service i received from Vodacom. They probably now make me lose my job because of messing up my credit bureau profile, after i told them i can't have negative listing on my account as work in financial industry. Early 2022 i send a cancellation letter requesting to advise contract coming to end and not interested in renewing. REgardless they kept billing me, i kept on paying although did not even use the simcard for longest time. I followed up on 24 May 2022, to ask why am i being billed i send through cancellation. I finally received a call and spoke to Fikile Mkhize who assured me account cancelled. In July 2022 i got another bill of R185, and by this time i'm furious. Account was never cancelled. After numerous communications, i stopped paying these lose amounts hoping someone would call me. That didn't happend. They handed my account over to VVM who harrassed me, even after i send the comms ( apparently they can't see any of my comms). I send the doc's to VVM and all my numerous comms to Vodacom of disputes as well as escalation to Ombudsman and NCC. I got a call from my HR and that forced me to pay VVM to clear my name. Guess what i got another bill now from Vodacom, I'm at my tethers. I take such pride in my credit profile and they completely mess me up. Imagine i choose to pay huge instalments for other debts, but choose not to pay R90. Please stay away from Vodacom if you know what's good for you.
